This is the third time I stay here, all three times in different rooms, bathroom door was broken Cmon guys… I’d like to take a sh*t without having a gap in the door. Laying peekaPoo… literally
Excellent location, a few blocks away from Broadway Ave, the heart of the town. Wide, comfortable, ample beds in spacious bedroom. Starbucks in the lobby is always a plus. Great for short stays.
Staff and manager was friendly! Had an issue where the check in agent recommended their chocolate chip cookies however did not disclose it had nuts. I am allergic and did not see the small print and immediately had a reaction after a small bite. I called the manager and she went to the store grabbed Benedryl and smart water. These people were so nice and cared. Rooms were very clean and valet super nice. You are able to walk most places to dine or for entertainment. 9 out of 10 stars for me!

Thank you for staying with us!Here at the DoubleTree we are known for our famous chocolate chip walnut cookies, and since we are aware that nut allergies are common, an allergy notice is on the front of every cookie wrapper. I am sorry that the staff member who offered it to you did not verbally mention the walnuts, however, we do always ensure our cookies are in the proper wrapper with the written notice.I am the manager who assisted you that evening, and I am happy that I was able to find what you needed to help with the reaction.
