It was close to the First Baptist Church where I was at all night.
Check in was smooth and great. Got to our room and it was warm (no big deal) tried to go to sleep and well it didn’t get any cooler. Thought maybe we were just hot from being at softball all day. stayed second night and well figured out real quick the air wasn’t working properly. Decided to take a shower and there was no shampoo or body wash (when staying at IHG I don’t pack it because they have it). Called desk 3 times and never got an answer. To top it all off the trash had never been taken out prior to us checking in. It’s simple things that keep me with Holiday Inn Express and to be honest if it’s gonna be like that then we can stay right down the road for same price, closer to ball fields and have amenities.
Location what nice, not right on the interstate. Lack of street lights, it was very dark outside at night

Terrible night. We booked a suite for a 2 night stay and checked out after one night. The elevator was literally in the middle of the bedroom. Noisy! The suite was on a busy,noisy street. There were no curtains in the room other than sheers. Coffee maker was disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was inedible. The staff was amazing.
Bed was a little uncomfortable but besides that it was a great stay. Love the staff. Great people.
SLEPT WELL. CLOSE TO WHERE I NEED TO BE. ABLE TO WALK TO NEAR BY RESTAURANTS AND FLEA MARKET.
It was a good stay. The hotel is going through some renovation. But overall, it was a good stay. The staff was very nice.
The hotel staff, Glenda and Wayne, were very nice, personable and accommodating. I appreciated both welcoming me as if I was family every time I came in and out of the hotel. That personal touch made me feel at home and more like a guest than a paying customer. I will stay here again!!
We stayed 3 nights in July - visiting family for a wedding. Great value for a family of 4. Very clean - no musty odors. A/C worked beautifully! Staff was very accommodating with our allergies and were respectful and helpful at all times. Drive into downtown Nashville averaged about 25 minutes, so it's not the closest, but more than met our needs. Note that this is on the North side of the river with limited access to get to the airport, so you should plan on extra time to drive through Nashville to get to the airport. Would have been nice if there had been a refrigerator in the room, but not a big issue.
We stayed 11 nights while visiting relatives in the area. Very satisfied with cleanliness, hotel staff, and the breakfast was very good. Thanks.
The hotel was very nice. It was clean, offered breakfast, had a friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you want to be in this direct area. It is a little off the main expressway.
