Smoking in non-smoking rooms. Didn't have non-smoking king though we had booked one. Took two dirty rooms before we could find one that was barely acceptable. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

The room was clean and neat and provided all the amenities needed. The room was warm when I arrive, windows had been left open, and it did take a while to cool down.. Close to restaurants. I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Room was comfortable, however mold stained bathtub is a turn off; I was double-charged for room and when I spoke to manager to fix, she told me it would take 24 hours to work on. When I told her it was not acceptable, she went on break. I had to make phone calls from the lobby to get information she needed (while she was on break). After being in the lobby for over an hour waiting, the resolution? I'm to get a refund in 5-7 days. Throughout process the manager complained of being tired and having to cover for vacationing GM. After I left, an authorization hold was placed on my card for the total amount of room. Therefore, I left there without access to about $240 of my money, partly to be refunded in a week, and partly to be released 48 hours or more. It should be noted that my room was paid in full 5 days in advance. Unprofessional, incompetent staff to say the least.
