Simple yet nice. Quiet setting . Beautiful.view of the mountains. from balcony.

The electric outlets were all loose in the wall. Scary! There was water coming into the room from the room next door which was a laundry room. The entire area in front of the door was squishy wet. The hairdryer sparked when I tried to use it. I unplugged it. The view out the back sliding doors was lovely and there were rocking chairs on the back porch to use but that did not make up for the dangerous situation with the electric or the wet carpet. And when I reported these things to the management he just shrugged!!

We are a senior couple and had another senior couple with us. We booked two rooms and we all enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and our rooms were clean and we had lots of room.

Provided a reasonably priced nights lodging. Nice view of mountains. Motel a bit dated. Staff courteous.

We were very happy with this hotel. The view from the Balcony was stupendous. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and had lots of space. There were rocking chairs out on the balcony and we really enjoyed sitting out there. It filled all of our needs which was a clean and comfortable place to sleep in a beautiful part of the country. It is a little old but we didn't experience a musty smell. Breakfast was cereal, a few sweets and little microwave biscuits. For the price it is great nights stay.

Nice little town, really what my husband and I enjoy.... BUT this hotel was OLD, very RUN DOWN, NASTY and Un-Clean

Although it is not the Tashma Hall it is a nice hotel. We had a balcony room with a great view of the mountians. The staff was friendly and gave us Crasins lots of free Crasins!!

We arrived with strong thunderstorms. Loved sitting in rocking chair on the balcony enjoying a cold drink and watching the beautiful rainbow that appeared over the mountains across from our room. Room was larger than we expected, beds quite comfortable, and delicious breakfast in the morning.

The price is really cheap and the location was great for what we were there for. The rooms are a bit run down but the staff are very friendly and ready to help. Overall if you are on a budget this place is for you! Just the basics and nothing fancy. The fridge was small and the microwave worked.

My son and I hunted the mountain wma during the day and had a comfortable and convenient room to come back to in the evening.

The rooms were clean, we had a suite upstairs that had a beautiful view of the mountains! We very happy that they were dog-friendly. Quiet, peaceful. the only complaint was that the suite was really just an oversized room only area that was seperate was bath/sink area.

This older motel makes the most of what they have. Even though it is an older property that shows its age, the rooms and facilities are in good order. The rooms have a bit of that "older-motel" look, feel and smell but it is not offensive or scary. The rooms were cleaned and re-stocked by a hard-working fairy who magically appeared while we were out doing activities during the day and never got in the way. The breakfast nook in the main lobby was kept clean and adequately-stocked, even though we were there in the off season and only a handful of guests were present. The night clerk was very friendly, and gave us some excellent recommendations on local places to eat.

This was quite a surprise in that the hotel staff was friendly, the rates were reasonable and the rooms were clean (although a little dated). Rooms overlooked mountains and a water fall and offered an extremely good value for the time of year (fall leaf peepers). I'd stay here again and would recommend this location to others as well.

It was located within easy driving distance to several beautiful locations and state parks.
