Overall great property, I did run into some issues. I would not recommend staying on first floor children running and thumping and jumping over head all night. Kids will be kids. I would also recommend that the bathrooms be extra checked the toilet was not properly cleaned on inside and outside, also the tables, counters, fridge and headboards need to checked for cleaning as well. Dusting around light post and lamps should also be checked. For the most part appearance clean and well kept up hotel, definitely 4 stars. Main issue was the bathroom toilet.
Manager she's awesome, very personable, and makes sure your stay is pleasant and cozy... she listens to any concerns or issues... Hotel is very accessible to lots of eateries, along with the mall directly right across the light, and within walking distance for those that love to walk...

No tissues in the room. The continental breakfast was a granola bar or a miffin. Toilet didnt flush, so had to switch rooms at 11pm, after they tried to keep me in the same room. Coffee machine was taken away after a certain time, vending machine was out of order. My room also only had one hanger and one bed only had one pillow.
The kitchen was fantastic i absolutely loved it & the fridge...the two top stove burners were great as well
I liked how nice the staff was i also liked the refrigerator stove and microwave that was kool for me but i didnt like when i looked under my bed it was trash under dere frm da previous people dat was dere n i didnt lik n da bottom of da fridge it was still food n dere im guessing frm da previous people
The rooms were clean staff were pleasant. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but i had no problems.
Everything was just ok at best. It was a 90+ degree day out, and the A/C was off when we arrived at our room late at night (so it's not like they lacked time to turn it on). It also smelled overwhelmingly of coconut, which I'm allergic to. The pillow were small, square and flat. The shower was underpowered. The "grab and go" breakfast was extremely limits (a few granola bars or pre-packaged small muffins). The A/C did eventually work, and the bed wasn't UNcomfortable, so it provided the essentials for the night, but I can't imagine coming back. Oh, and people were smoking directly outside every exit despite signs forbiding this.
Okay that all no paper towels. No break fast. For that pricise. Refrigentor dirty

Rude stuff, booked queen bed room, got two twin beds room and told them thats not what I booked 2 weeks ago and been told i dont have other choice and said than I will cancel and all of a sudden they got queen bed
Overall the staff needs to be consistent at the front desks - Each one uttered their own rules - Beware there are no maid service - no maintenance until Monday-Friday if you are staying there for the week-end - It is the maid who changed my room on Monday - was really a bad experience
First the staffs all gave conflicting info - There are no consistencies - I was not told that they dont provide Towel services - i was not told when I checked out on Friday afternoon , that there are no maintanance working during week-end- I got stuck with a clogged sink until Monday - Only the night-manager was very helpful - all of them tend to deny services with reasons listed between lines - You need to bring towels before you get new ones . That is bogus that there are no Maid services unless you stay 8+ night - You never see front desk at the front - you need to wait , shout before one come the back- The bed sheets I got on the first night stunk - smell perspiration - could not sleep all night - I will never choose this again
The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Anything I asked for was never a problem for them. My room was clean. I would absolutely stay here again, no doubt!
