Sage Hen 52 at Mayflower is one of Park City's newest construction townhome projects, offering expansive views of Deer Valley's Mayflower slopes, as well as the Jordanelle Reservoir and majestic mountain panorama behind, making this location ideal for year-round adventure in Park City.
The property's 4-bedroom suites offer the following configuration:
A master King suite with separate shower and tub in the expansive ensuite bath;
A King Jr suite with ensuite bath
A Queen suite with ensuite bath
A bunk room: 2 Full/Full bunk sets & ensuite bath
A vaulted ceiling living area off of the gourmet kitchen is offered, along with multiple decks with impeccable views from the hot tub and patio.
