Dump. Save your money.. The room was updated but there was an cigarette odor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people up outside and inside talking loud and listening to music two o’clock in the morning. The front desk staff was nice. The tv didn’t work. And the tub had a slow drain. This Avon Park econo is a dump. Save your money..

The room was horrible the bathroom door wouldnt shut closed there were fleas in one of the beds there were shoe prints and dead bugs on the ceiling the cord to the light next to the bed was cut the other lights were broken the bathroom tub was never cleaned you could see the dirt and water spots I will never stay there again and most likely never stay at another econo lodge again
YOUR SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT THE HOTEL SUCKED! THE RIM OF THE TOILET WAS DIRTY SINCE THE LAST MALE HAD USED IT. ONE OF THE SIDE OF THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER WAS PULLED OUT OF THE WALL. THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS DIRTY. THE INSIDE OF THE ROOM NEEDED SOME REAL SCRUBBING NOT PERFUNCTORY SCRUBBING. IF THEY WERE THAT BAD AT THE REST, I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T EAT THE FOOD! THERE WAS NOT MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE OFFICE GIRL WHO TRIED TO BE HELPFUL, BUT MY OPINION WAS NEVER TAUGHT!
good price for what you get but not our first choice. property is being updated, rooms are ample, housekeeping is very lax and smoke a lot around your rooms, on stairwells etc. female day clerk is useless and very unfriendly, makes you feel bad because you take her away from her phone by even asking a question. evening clerk Richard is fantastic and total opposite.
The room beside ours kept all night the TV on and high volume, and it was heard too much in our room, could not sleep
For a lower priced room and breakfast, the place looked OK on arrival. Nice person at the front desk. Easy Check-in. However, after dinner, we got back to the room to prepare for bed and noticed black mold in the grout of the bathtub tiles. The plastic tub was seriously worn and dirty looking. Overall room cleanliness felt questionable. Early in the morning, several pieces of plaster collapsed from the ceiling. I was in a ground floor room with a terrible leak of some kind from the room above.
There is a bug problem and smells like egg. Ee stayed but didnt allow family to shower there.
Lobby and common areas were heavily cigar smoke filled. Minimal number of stairs, so you have to walk a distance to the stairs, then another distance to your room. Continental breakfast consists of stale cereal and nothing that provides any protein. Basically, a room and enjoy your breakfast and amenities elsewhere. WiFi worked pretty good.
The receptionist was rude and short with answers. The room was so dirty that I took pictures because I didn't think anyone would believe it. The bed was hard, old, and uncomfortable. There were several large stains on the carpeting. The air intake grate was covered in dark dust, dirt and cobwebs. Filthy.
Very dated hotel mold in shower room smells molded however great water pressure. Next time will pay the extra for a better rated hotel.
We met several nice people during our one evening at the motel. We put our table and chairs outside which allowed for other guests to visit and chat.
It was very nice and quiet with very nice people to talk to. I would have love to have more pillow but for the most part it was nice
