The hotel overall is dirty. The trash cans were overflowing in the lobby. The business center was converted into a "Gambling Center". The doors on the main floor were all kept open and the hotel was swelteringly hot. The A/C in our room barely kept our room cool. There is unsafe flooring on the 4th floor which was covered by an anti-fatigue mat. The coffee supply was empty by 10 AM. The breakfast was frozen sandwiches. My room reservation was incorrect and the person working the desk basically told me it was the person that was there earlier and there was nothing she could do. Overall worst experience I have ever had at a mainstream Hotel. Less than a 1 star experience.
The doors to this property were open all day/night and the homeless wandered in and out. No vending, no a/c, and their bagged breakfast wasn’t fit for an animal. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at.
The people hanging out in the ‘game room’ and lobby immediately told what we were in for. The positive was we once stayed the night at a lace that was worst.
Carpet was stained . Bathroom was moldy .We took pictures and forwarded the to Wyndham . Not worth $60 let alone the $120 price tag.
The room was terrible. No carpet. Looked like a prison cell. There were no available light sockets and the ones there looked like a fire hazard. The room door was broken and unsafe. The bathroom door didn't open all the way. The bathroom ceiling was unpainted sheetrock over the bathtub. Not a nice place at all.
They were redoing the floor we were staying on what a mess the room was dirty rug had alot of stains , sheets were dirty , there were flys all in the room dead bugs in the corner of the room.
Room was nice and clean, ac was not working in lobby or hall ways, breakfast could have been better, eggs where dry and and looked like nobody was keeping breakfast fresh.
Great service over all. Would reccomend this hotel to friends and family.
The staff was nice, but that’s about it. This property is tired and ready for rehab. Besides that, I saw
it satisfied our needs very well. The facilities were adequate. Breakfast was good. Location was desirable. Help was friendly.

I stayed for five days and I was ready to leave the first night. I asked for a nonsmoking room and the whole floor smelled of stale cigarettes. I continually had to battle the shower faucet because it was either too hot or too cold and by the last day the fauce broke, luckily I was done with my shower. I am full aware is an older building converted to a hotel but I have stayed at better historical hotels in the past.
