We needed a place to stay close to Penn's Peak and this was about as close as we found. We chose this hotel because of its location and reviews. The front desk staff was helpful regarding directions and places to eat. They had nice amenities in the room (even Green Tea) and free cookies (delicious) at the front desk, as well as coffee and tea in the lobby. The free breakfast was ok, with hot and cold choices.

Staff answered all our questions. Gave us information on finding local attraction. Suggested a near by restaurant that we enjoyed very much.

Good experience no problems. Room was clean and everything worked.

Very clean, well maintained, welcoming place in the middle of nowhere. Not sure what else to say. :)

What a fabulous time we had. Took a road trip to see the Festival of Lights in the little town of Lehighton. This hotel was closet to our destinations, so we booked two rooms overnight. The front desk staff were very professional, Helpful, and courteous. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The hotel pool and hot tub in were very tempting, but we didn't have our suits. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was superb. The beds were extremely comfortable. I got to relax at the pool before heading out for the night. Appreciated the late night condiments (hot tea & cookie). We totally enjoyed the breakfast, great selection of foods. We will definitely be back.

The location is nice (easy to find). Not too far from Jim Thorpe. Hotel is clean, our room was clean and the beds are super comfy :) We had a nice breakfast (lots to pick from) My only complaint would be the hall way noise at night :(

a very comfortable place to stay. The bed was great. TV needs updating. Location is perfect if your getting on the turnpike when you leave but it is a little difficult to go away from the turnpike.

We were booked In a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking room. The booking was not clear that it was a smoking room and we could not get switched to non smoking. We had to check out immediately and find another room.

Stayed there 2 nights for a snowboarding trip. The hotel seemed family owned and was very unfriendly. The "manager" on duty was very curt. She looked very young and was no where to be found when needed. Pool was not very clean. Room service was bad. I had issues with my reservations and the manager was not very understanding. I went up there 2 weeks after with 4 other couples and stayed at the Hampton. unworthy to be part of the Radisson chain !

When we checked in, we were supposed to be on the same floor as everyone else that we were with in our group. Strike 1 in my book. Than they told us that we would be in a handicap accessible room, no offense but we are not handicap and the shower was extremely hard to get a shower especially for my husband who is 6 foot 5. Strike 2. The breakfast in the morning had to have been the worst food that I have ever eaten in any hotel before, food that should have been hot was cold. Strike 3. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. I will never stay at this place again.

The most important part of this hotel is its proximity to Whitewater rafting and the scenic surroundings. The stay was pretty comfortable with decent breakfast. Overall our family had great fun.

Positive stay. Hot breakfast in morning had nice choices. Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient to the Poconos whitewater rafting.

The family went on a whitewater rafting trip and we needed a hotel to stay over. This hotel was conveniently located to the rafting site and easy to get back onto the highway to come home. Room was fine. Breakfast was a dud.

my family and i enjoyed this stay very much i will be staying here again the next time up there!

Pretty much everything I expected from a hotel of this sort. The breakfast was free....and worth every penny. Located close to Jim Thorpe, PA, which is a gem of a town. If I had known better, I would have looked for one of the many B&Bs in Jim Thorpe.

Stayed here the night before a nearby local triathlon. Hotel was at capacity with racers and their loved ones, and the staff did a fabulous job of accommodating everyone's needs. As an example, since the race was very early, the hotel moved up the start of breakfast from its usual 7 am to 5 am. Plan on staying here next year for the same weekend!

Always stay at this hotel when we visit Penns Peak. Swimming pool and hot tub. No special perks but it is always nice to get away. Price may be a bit much for a room with cracked tile floors in the bathroom and nothing extra in the room. Rates are significantly higher with a room that has a soaking tub

Take in the Christmas experience in Jim Thorpe.Food at Trainers Restaurant done the road was great, prices are very good ,portions are hudge, taste was homestyle.

GREAT FRIENDLY Staff! The room was clean! Wi Fi avaiable. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Yogurt, hot oatmeal, Cereal, hot waffles, juice, 3 different kinds of coffee (they had coffee avaiable all day) and a variety of pastries, bagels & toast. Pool area was open till midnight. Overall we were thrilled with our stay!
