It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the Jacuzzi tub was broken so had to borrow personal pliers to get it to work until it got fixed the next day. Should have been noticed before we arrived if cleaned.

The bed was very hard. Found a cockroach in the room. They were very prompt at fixing the jacuzzi in the room, but it wasn’t as strong in the jets as others we have been in.

Stay was horrible. Front desk was difficult and not accommodating at all. Put us in a room that had known a/c issues. Argued over the phone with me that it would work eventually. It climbed to 80 in the room and they still stated it would work. Maintenance told us it had issues and the supervisor still told them to put us in there. After multiple hours and failed attempts, they then finally decided to move us to a different room. Then stated they moved us so there’s no way of giving a partial refund.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed. The property did not advertise this when prepaid reservations were made. We chose this location because it had a pool. Our kids vacation was ruined.

We were in Wichita to visit our grand kids, so we enjoyed the indoor putt putt area

There was a big game room right outside our door and was pretty loud.

Spacious room with a comfy bed and pillows. The restaurant was different for a continental breakfast but was quite nice. My family loves all the games and especially the indoor pool.

This was a nice place to stay in a convenient area. The staff was helpful and nice. We were totally surprised that they required a $100.00 deposit rather than taking a credit card imprint for incidentals. To stay they actually made a charge on the credit card to be credited back at check out or required cash to held until check out. I found this to be a very unpleasant surprise and would have chosen another property to avoid this policy. Next time I will select another hotel.

It did appear to be clean and our room was spacious. Very strange layout for a hotel (our window overlooked the banquet room-(whats that about?); there were about 200 bikers there for an "outing" plus what appeared to be a church convention (interesting combo, eh?). Pretty noisy, but security seemed to be good. It served its purpose: a place to spend the night with a dog on a road trip, at a good price.

Overall, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. The only complaint is that the breakfast bar was not stocked. As items ran out, it took quite a long time before replacing with more food. The pool was nice (extremely chlorinated, but a comfortable water temperature). For not knowing what to expect as this was a last minute reservation and the only place left with a room, overall, it was good.

There was a lot of activities for all ages. The room and area was clean.

The hotel was convenient for the business I completed. The employees and rooms were of very good value. My stay was pleasant and the free breakfast greatly appreciated. Yes, I would stay again

I reserved an non-smoking room and requested that it be non-smoking in my special instructions. When I checked in, we were given a regular room that had a nice "Thank you for not smoking note on the door" but it was NOT a non-smoking room. I should have requested a different room. I'm very disappointed that a prepaid room with specific instructions was not met.

Stayed here for a week but would have been better off popping a tent on the side of the road. The hotel was old, musty, dirty, and moldy. The halls were littered with wine, beer, and similar boxes. The center area had people splayed out on couches all night snoring and such like it was there own home. The play area for kids was filthy and not used once by any kids I saw for the entire week we were there. The video games were old and stole more quarters then they took. The vending was over priced with stale outdated food. The pool area was only cleaned once a day and the floor was covered with candy and trash. The water was green and cloudy and I wouldn't have let my dog swim in it. The breakfast buffet was tasteless, greasy, mushy, and something you'd see in a school cafeteria rather than what is considered a 3 star hotel. ( 3 star, that's funny). Our toilets clogged nightly and we had to get a plunger from the front desk each day that came wrapped in a feces filled garbage bag. This place was the worst place we have ever stayed in 21 years of military service and moving. We will NEVER return to this establishment.

Stayed here for business, the country kitchen next door had a terrible breakfast. The rooms are old and out dated, although clean. Staff was average at best, would not stay there again.
