Very good
My friends that stayed another hotels were jealous. But overall it was a great atmosphere, and the best staffing any hotel I’ve ever been in.
Excellent Staff
The restaurant was quite good and had grab and go options. For an airport hotel id say it was above average. Did not like to pay for the shuttle service
Quick check-in and close to Terminal 3 by Uber or Taxi.
Everything was fantastic…. Bed, cleanliness, employees, etc… there’s no “free” shuttle service and I only mention this because I was under that impression since it’s an airport hotel.
Things looked great in the pictures when I booked this hotel, but it was a dump. I booked here over the other options because of the pool and that was horrendous. The smell was so pungent it burned our eyes upon entering the pool room. There were people spitting and blowing snot rockets - I was too afraid to even use the sauna because based on how the rest of the area looked and smelled, I was sure it would make us very ill. My kids wouldn't even go in because they were so grossed out. The restaurant was also quite awful. The food was terrible and outrageous in pricing for its quality. (Example: $8.79 for literally 6 small frozen onion rings). Pros: The bed was comfortable and the bus stops were convenient. The room was clean.
Thank you for the great service! The room was very spacious and clean! Iulian was awesome! He made great recommendations and made our visit and stay really nice!
I was only there overnight but a great experience.
Clean, contemporary, relaxing upon entry, great staff, short drive to Heathrow airport. Room is spacious, comfortable and with touch of luxury.
From the concierge to the restaurant and the gift shop, everyone was so nice, accommodating and friendly. It was so convenient to have the covid test facility there.
