This hotel has a strange policy. I had a flight at nine and asked them to store. my luggage till I will leave to the airport. The representative said that for that I have to have a booking for that day:0. What? If I have booking, I’ll keep my luggage in a room. As a result I had to spend whole day with my suitcase. Never book it again. It is normal courtesy practice in every hotel I’ve been before.
Check-in was very easy. The room is spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Large rooms. Glass drinking glasses were a real treat!

Very, very clean and the room was fabulous, great beds and pillows,very spacious with chairs, microwave and fridge. Breakfast was very sparse and boring with no hot food. Great restaurant Tramonti across the street. Avoid Applebee’s as terrible Service and food.
We were here for a stay while we waited for our son to be discharged from the NICU at Westchester Medical.
Front staff was very friendly, Room was very comfortable. And spacious, Great breakfast in the morning!
This was our second stay here and my son and I loved it. The staff was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable (and clean!!).

The hotel staff was like family-personable, friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. They seemed to sincerely enjoy their work environment and it was reflected in their treatment of their guests. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for our purpose which was attending a family wedding. A hint: if using GPS, enter the address as "20 OLD Saw Mill River Rd." so you don't get shunted off onto the Saw Mill Parkway. This hotel was twice the accommodation of other hotels we've used in the area.

I asked for a non-smoking room, was not told clearly that I was to be given a smoking room, if I was, I would NOT have booked this hotel. They couldn't give me a non smoking room.
