Ayres Hotel Manhattan Beach LAX

I was quite impressed with quality of this place. When usually you see pics of hotel online- pictures look better then what you end up seing for real. but this is opposite. All was great! Plenty of places to go. Great for date, travel, business meeting, or wedding. Room was nice and cozy, everything needed is there. I would only recomend bringing your own bath robe and flip-flops, if you planning to visit pool/jacuzzi. Worth saving for revisiit!

Hotel presented as specified. Location is odd, but worked perfect for what we wanted. Eat at CozyMels.

Hotel is beautiful, with lots of shopping close by

Very nice decor. The room was very clean and even had a complimentary greeting card with goodies. Had to pay for parking $10 per day.

Great hotel in a great location. After checking in, my immediate attention went to the lobby/lounge area which was very elegant. All aspects of the hotel seemed to go above and beyond presentable. Bonus that Manhattan beach and downtown Santa Monica were a short drive away. There was much to see and enjoy. I recommend visiting the Ghetty Museum if you can.

Great experiencia, great food. We arrive late at night, the restaurant was close, but at the bar they prepared us great sándwiches. The room was clean, the bed nice. The next morning we have a great breakfast, a little expensive, but was great. We will come back

Beautiful, secure and clean, competent staff, restaurant had good food

Easy one exit hop to airport, older hotel has been remodeled well in a luxurious medevial theme, but rooms were comfy and large and plenty of ammenities. $10 to park overnight.

This hotel is gorgeous. Both the common areas and the rooms. Everything is luxurious. The bedding was comfortable, the room was very spacious. The location however was not great for sightseeing places like Venus beach, Santa Monica, etc. The traffic is so bad even on the weekend mornings, that even though the hotel is practically on the highway, traveling to tourist sites takes quite a while. The parking is paid - that was not listed on my reservation - it just said parking. I should have paid more attention that it did not say free parking.

me and my family of 5 checked in the hotel and from the begining we were impressed by the look, comfort and all that was thought of for people like us. it is great for honey mooners, tourists, families, or even people wanting some quiet. the place even looks better than the pictures. highly recommend it.

Amazing staff! everyone was extremely nice and cared for our slightest need. I felt pamper in this gem between the tri-cities.

I stayed at the Ayres since I know how expensive Manhattan Beach can be. It is very close to the airport and a 5-10$ uber to the good beach spots. It is extremely affordable for what it offers: A very nice and clean hotel, unique, nice pool and jacuzzi, hotel bar that actually stays open (and was pretty crowded!) until 2 AM, and large rooms. It isn't right in the heart of the action, but is across the street from a Chipotle, Starbucks, Costco (!), and other things to eat and get supplies at. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and the room was great! We were away for a beach weekend and the hotel was a few miles from the beach cities. The manager was pleasant and took great care of us. We will stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay here. I asked for a room change and they gave me a room even better than I could have hoped for! It was a suite with hard Wood floors a separate living room and comfortable bathroom. The decor in the hotel is just lovely old world charm. Very clean and airy.

Great location just off the 405. Stayed at the hotel during a business trip and had expectations of something similar to other mid-priced hotels such as Fairfield, Hampton, etc. Much nicer property for the same (If not less) price. Beautiful outdoor courtyard and terrace for relaxing with a glass a wine. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very nice. The rooms with two beds have a separation between which is very much appreciated since I stayed with my mom. A TV is placed so it is viewable from both beds, while the guests cannot see each other. The restaurant in the hotel is also worth visiting. The breakfast was well prepared and ingredients are healthy. Dinner was very good since we were there for Thanksgiving. I look to return when their pool is fixed. )

We Loved this hotel. Our room was very spacious and CLEAN. The hotel was conveniently located by stores as well as the metro. The staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions. I would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is amazing. The room is comfortable and location is great! We'll definitely come back here again.

Our stay at this Ayers location couldn't have been more relaxing. The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the well appointed room. The room was quiet and clean. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, but the menu and aroma was very enticing. We have definitely paid more for less in LA. We'll be back.
