Friendly staff and great location!
First time there and we loved the location
Not a good area. Dark and dusty. Bad energy
The staff was very helpful and polite. The location was very close to the beach and bus stops and had and IHOP and Korean restaurants next door. They provided a helpful sheet of info upon check-in that answered all my questions. Note, they do not do daily room cleanings for stays less than 4 days. This wasn't an issue for me.

The hotel is Clean, comfortable to sleep and IHOP close by love it. I will be back and stay here again.
Nice enough place and the staff were friendly. Did not know until we got home that we were paying $37 a day for parking. Was not mentioned when we booked with Orbitz and not told to us when we checked in. Paid more for parking then we did for the resort fee (which we did know about prior to booking). Worse part is the Aqua Palms General Manager refused to even offer a reduction in the parking when we called after returning to Florida.
Elevators were out and we had to hike up 8 flights of stairs.

The resort fee was ridiculous, and the cost of parking. This is not a resort by any means. They claim it’s a resort because they give you chairs and towels. Ridiculous excuse for a $54 resort charge.

Overall, it was not bad! The noise came from an Aussie couple next door. They were screaming and yelling over something.
