Let your customers know there’s like 20 dogs next door that bark through the night, I left early due to this. I will no recommend this cottage at all.

I was super happy with this place it was way more better then I expected had everything I needed I felt like I was home I highly recommend it close to black sand beach and the volcanos

Love staying here to get away! I recommend to friends and family if looking for something that feels like home. Very friendly lady!! You get the whole house to yourself!

Four of us stayed at this property for just one night after arriving at the Kona airport and checked out the next morning. It was a good place to stay for a reasonably priced overnight stay. The amenities were ample for what we needed for an overnight stay. We were awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of roosters. It noises disturb your sleep, I suggest that you bring earplugs to wear during your slumber.

Very nice host, older property, convenient location

The apartment was roomy - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living room. It was furnished and clean and had cable TV. I loved the hard wood floors and the oil paintings in several rooms. The couch in the living room is the sink-in kind. It was quiet and peaceful. Roosters do crow in the morning. Hens and extremely cute chicks forage on the property.

A great hostess at this location. Also, a great value!

Perfect place to stay overnite close to the Kau Coffee Run. 🏃‍♀️Only a 10 minute drive early in the morning.

The location was perfect for activities that I wanted to do

We stayed in the house. It is charming, roomy, pleasant, interesting. We had some difficulty finding the place and getting in touch with the manager/owner once we got to Pahala. However, once we got there it was a positive experience.

Very spacious and close enough to black sand beach

Great place to stay. Very spacious and beautiful cottage. The only downside is the neighboring roosters begin crowing early in the morning.

Everything is perfect except there's no any internet or signal of mobile phone, and room wifi doesn't work.

Three bedrooms, full kitchen and an interesting location. Close to the volcanoes and south point. It was good to be away from the crowds. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with cooking items needed like a backing pan. So I was at a loss when I needed to cook the 2nd night. But other than that issue I really enjoyed my stay here

Clean, quiet house. 2 bedrooms. Full kitchen with yard. Close to Volcano National Park.

Nice rural place, but close to the black beach and Volcano National Park, as well as Hilo and the southernmost point of the island and the green beach. Hosts very pleasant, and we had an entire house to ourselves, including a kitchen furnished with all the utensils, so we we were able to cook our own meals. Tons of trees and shrubs, flowers all over the place and lots of singing birds.

Nearly 100 year old Hawaiian duplex cottage in a rural farming community. Near the only grocery, post office and hospital in the area. About a twenty minute drive to Volcanoes National Park. Comfortable, friendly, sleeps 6, real kitchen.

Great time, pure aloha, loved it. Would do it again, friendly hosts, clean place. near volcano, great site to see

Perfect place to stay to run a local race as less than a few miles from start of Kau Coffee Run. Cottage was cozy, comfortable, and had cooking facilities as no restaurants in small town of Pahala. Prices reasonable and had internet access. Staff very helpful and dealt with concerns quickly.
