Great facility for the price. Great, quiet location with spacious clean rooms. Great for families. We really enjoyed having a kitchen and patio to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend this place.

The experience at Houla Resort was outstanding. The staff was very welcoming and immediately responsive to all questions and requests. The resort environment was as serene and relaxing as the Hawaiian lifestyle/a real paradise. The omly minor glitch was that the pool nearest to our condo was closed due to nearby construction but if one didn't mind the extra 3 minute walk to the nearest available one then it was a small inconvenience to which the staff repeatedly apologized for. Will stay here again on the next Kona visit. Highly recommend this as the place to stay when visiting the Kona Coast.

Nice condo resort close to several boat tour launches and Sheraton Kona for Haleo Luau. Wonderful staff. Keahou Shopping Center only 5 min drive includes numerous restaurants, grocery and drug stores, and a movie theater. @20 min drive up Ali'i Drive to downtown Kona.

Friendly staff and helpful , and good location, except there was building works happening right next door and the noise early in the mornings was very unpleasant. We discussed this concern with the venue and Orbitz - both assisted in providing a better deal under the circumstances.

Great place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Nice having a kitchen available. Very clean room. Very nice staff. Would stay there again.

We were very happy for the value we received. This resort has kitchen or outside BBQ with gas if you want to cook. Or you can walk about 8 minutes to Sheraton to buy restaurant food, and stay late to see manta ray at night time. We called this resort a smurf village because its roof is painted deep blue. This resort is clean with many beautiful flowering plumerias, ti plants, palm trees, coconut trees. The condo is huge, comfortable w/AC. The pool and hot tub is little small, but it is quiet. We made our beds as maid service is once a week. We absolutely loved this resort, we would come back as it is at the center to drive East to Hilo, go North, or go South. Costco is nearby to buy food to cook, price is very reasonable. Farmer's market is more expensive than Costco's price.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff which made the stay much more enjoyable. Beautiful facility.

The room is clean and kitchen facility is good.place is quiet.parking is convenience

We booked at the last minute as we had heard bad reviews of where we were originally going to stay...well all we can say is that this resort exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we both went wow as to the overall appearance of the resort. Our experience was positive from the beginning of our stay until we left. Our condo was clean, large and felt the aloha of this place. The staff was responsive to our needs and questions. We made the most of all the immenties as we like to kick back and eat in, used the pool at night then a relaxing Jacuzzi before going in for the night. Loved having with washer and dryer too. We will be back!

These condos are spacious and comfortable. If you don't care whether you have granite or stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, this is the place to stay. The condos are tastefully done, you have 2 lanais (one upstairs, one downstairs off of the master bedroom), and ceiling to floor windows throughout. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Although not directly on the beach, it didn't matter to us since we snorkel and you have to drive or take a boat/zodiac to the best snorkeling places.

The overall conditiion of the room, grounds, and performance of the staff was very good. Our only complaints were the thin walls (you could hear people talk, flush toilet, etc) and the upper floor air conditioning was not very effective.

All I can is our stay is great the kids enjoyed it so much....

Everything was great! It was a large unit with an extra half bath and a full kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom were very nice. We needed an item that should have been in the room and it was delivered immediately. The only negative thing was that parking wasn't directly by the unit. There was a central parking garage and you couldn't drive up to the unit. It was close though, and they would haul your bags to your unit with a golf cart if you wanted them to. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

I really liked this place, it's very clean, comfort and cozy. Near all the restaurants and places you would like to see In kona. I had great experience

Wonderful location, beautiful grounds, and large condo units.

Located with good tennis and golf facilities in a spacious self contained one bedroom. Great value for money. Great diving and snorkelling on kona coast and night manta rays a must.

We arrived after midnight and friendly security got us settled in our condo. The location is ideal, away from traffic, but close enough to services. You do need a car. The pools were nice although one was under repair. Our unit could use a new dishwasher, but otherwise everything was good. One other thing not related to the hotel is that the car rentals do not close at 10:30 PM and you will be able to get a car after that time.

Our stay here was beyond what we expected. When we arrived the check in was fast and easy. The staff was very kind and when we parked in the garage one of the staff members offered to give us a ride to our room with all of our luggage on the golf cart. The room was bigger than we expected and very neat and clean. Housekeeping only comes once a week, there are plenty of pools, many tennis courts and there was always more than enough parking. We were allowed to check out later than required and the staff offered to hold our bags in the office so that we could have one more full day to enjoy the island since our flight was leaving at night. Overall great stay and we look forward to staying again!

The 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen were clean and in great condition. Exactly what we wanted to give the family room on vacation. The pools are small but many in the community so gives a lot of privacy. Within minutes of Restaurants and Shops and beaches for snorkeling. The only thing we missed is that the hotel is not on the beach so you need to pack up everytime, but we generally anyway go looking for new beaches on the island based on the activities like surfing, swimming, snorkelling so it did not matter to us. All in all excellent.

have stayed here numerous times. spacious rooms, loved watching the sunset. kids enjoyed the pool, enjoyed some family time before school starts up again. a perfect ending to summer.
