It was clean and had a nice view of the golf course and bay behind the Kings Shops. The rooms were big and clean and the lanai was great to hang out outside. And the parking was conveniently in front of our unit. And BTW, we had 6 other families staying at Fairway Villas since we were there for a wedding and everyone loved it. We even enjoyed the fireworks from the backyard which saved us from having to go to Waikoloa Bowl. I would definitely recommend staying at Fairway Villas when in Waikoloa.

Great location within easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf and the ocean.

It was very nice stay overall but extra $240 cleaning fee per stay is too much because they don't have daily house keeping like trash out, dirty towel pick up, new sheets etc.

We have stayed at the Fairway Villas a few times before and have always had a good experience. The unit we received this time K3 needs work. The furnishing and dishes, silverware look as if they were purchased from the local thrift shop. These things diminish the experience, furnishings made us feel like we were at motel 8. Not all units are like this and we highly recommend fairway villas. it has so much to offer and all the shopping is walking distance which is a tremendous plus when staying at such a beautiful island.

The condos are beautiful inside as on the outside. Comfortable furniture, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, laundry facilities, etc... The condos are located about 10 minutes from a lovely little beach (don't remember the name now, starts with an S). Across the street are restaurants, a market, drugstore, gas station etc. (everything you need). The condo compound is quiet and feels very safe. We enjoyed the pool a couple days after going to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. My kids and I loved it!

had a wonderful time, could use a small broom and dust pan but otherwise wonderful time, recommend it

Condo was very clean and comfortable, just a short walk from a great beach for snorkeling and relaxing. Restaurants, Wednesday Farmer's Market and various Shops were also just a short walk from the Condo. Best grocery shopping is just a short drive away in Waikoloa Village. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

We like to stay in the Villas when we dive out of Honokohao or Kawaihae Harbor. Lots of space to spread out, close walking distance to the Shops and restaurants of Kings and Queens, and a big patio to lay out wet rinsed gear out of at the end of the day. Good value for 4 people, I do wish we could have maid service at least every three days, 5 was a little long, but on the other hand, no one comes in and messes with your stuff so you don't feel the need to pick up for the maid.

We had a fantastic week at Outrigger. Every thing was OK, we had an fantastic views over the golf courses. It was so nice.

This complex is well positioned, close to the Waikoloa shopping centers, Kings and Queens. Most of the best beaches of Big Island are in 5 to 15 minutes driving reach. Good complex amenities: secure place - gated community, nice pool, great gim room, well maintained barbecue grills. We got a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suite which was very generous on space. Very pleased with the suite, looked fairly new and clean on all aspects. The kitchen was loaded with everything needed. Plenty of towels, pool towels, and bed linens provided and all the consumables like paper towels, garbage bags, detergents, etc to cover for the duration of our stay, 12 days. Reserved parking included in price was a nice surprise.

Loved this place! It was close to two malls (grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance) and close to several very nice beaches. We had plenty of room, and there were lots of extras that were very helpful: -washer/dryer with enough laundry soap to run a few loads -dishwasher with enough Cascade to run a few loads -fully stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, even grilling stuff -lots of extras in the master closet - boogie boards, snorkeling stuff, beach chairs, beach tent, lots of beach towels -lots of free shampoo and soap The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, and the fitness center looked nice. Stuff nearby: Kids loved the trolley that ran between King's Shops, Queen's Shops, and a few area hotels - pick up at Macy's, $2/adult, $1/kid, 20-minute loop Kids spent the afternoon riding free boats and train at the Hilton (can get there on trolley) Lots of beaches - A-bay was right next door (do the glass-bottomed boat!) and uncrowded, Hapuna was absolutely perfect, and the kids loved a rocky beach we went to that was off of Puako Tip: the grocery stores at the two malls are good for picking up a quick lunch, but they are expensive - to save $$$, there is a Target six miles away from the airport - we stocked up on breakfast and snack items there before driving to Outrigger. Things that could have been improved: -Beds a bit too firm -Air conditioner took some tweaking - condo tended to be a bit cold -Make sure you run very small loads through the dryer or it will take multiple cycles to dry your clothes

All the units face fairways on the Waikoloa Beach Course. We had a one bedroom. It was clean and roomy. The furniture and appliances were nice and good working order. I have stayed in many one bedroom timeshares and these units rank up there with some of the nicer ones. My wife and I were quite pleased with the facilities and the surroundings. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo I stayed in was spacious, clean and great location. It is walking distance from both The King's Shops and Queen's Market.

We loved the condo and the ability to walk to breakfast or dinner. The two markets within walking distance met all our needs. The area was peaceful and quiet, the view of the golf course added so much. We would definitely come back to this location for sure.

Even though we do not golf, this was very good value for a top location. We had ground level unit facing north and the green golf course. Short distance to Hapuna Beach (great for any age that wants to Boogie Board) and Kohala Coast. Only 1 hr. drive to Mona Kea visitor center, close to Kailua-Kona. AND, they recycled! It is amazing in a one week stay how much can be recycled, even plastic bags. We heard that the island was going to ban plastic grocery bags soon-- suggest they place reusable plastic grocery bags in each unit and use their recycling and the bags to attract the tourists who appreciate that kind of touch.

we arrived late (8 PM) and nobody helped us to enter the facilities... one guy had mercy of us after 20 mins waiting at the gate and calling from our cell phones, and entered the code to go in. we stayed 3 days and anybody even offered to change the towels (housekeeping? forget it) they sell it as a hotel, but is a condo renting... condo you need to do everything not recommendable at all

My wife and I enjoy walks and the location affords many ways to enjoy the trails on the beach and around the resort area.

Everything was made easy except finding the office which is located in the shopping mall nearby. We asked to be moved from second floor to third floor after first night due to noisy neighbors above and lack of insulation between floors. I would stay here again but only on a top floor unit. The staff did a great job!

ENJOYED A FAMILY REUNION AND WEDDING. VISITED HILO AND THE VOLCANO TRIP. WENT TO ALL THE BEACHES AND SNORKELED. BEST WAS NITE LIFE IN KONA. KONA BREWERY WAS A GREAT FAMILY OUTDOOR TROPICAL RESTRAUNT. HILTON VILLAGE AT WIOELIA WAS THE BEST FOR SUNSET DINING I FELT

The condos are excellent equipped with all you need - toaster, rice cooker, big fridge, etc. etc., they even have gas bbq grills for guests close to the pool and a supermarket in walking distance. You can use the beach at the Marriot which is also in walking distance - we stayed there already the second time and we loved it. Definitely much better than most of the worn out Hotels from the 1980ies...
