We loved how friendly and accommodating all of the staff is. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area is very clean and kept up. The kids had a blast at the pool. Thank you for a great stay!
Hotel was clean, pool was nice, breakfast good. Their shuttle service to/from Amtrak as well as anywhere in town was a very valuable service. The drivers were very friendly and knew their way all around town. A very nice little town
The room had a bit of a funny smell but overall it was just fine.
Very comfortable hotel room with cold indoor pool, hot tub, & cookies, popcorn, fruit, & tea available in the evening. Friendly staff. Great for family or just traveling through.
Front desk staff was very friendly but the condition of the hotel was not great. The main reason we stayed was due to the pool which was gross. The water was murky and my daughter said there were things floating on the bottom. She didn't want to put her feet down. She got out after 15mins and wouldn't go back in! The floor near the pool is uneven which seems unsafe. The whole hotel needs an update. The only nice thing I can say is the breakfast was decent.

We stopped at this place while returning from the glacier national park. The staff was friendly. Room was really good with comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. It was a little bit tricky to find the rooms inside the building, it wasn't clear which part of the building was casino and which part was the hotel. Breakfast was good too. Even though we didn't use the shuttle service, the hotel provided free shuttle to every eating place in town.
our toilet would not work properly (the tank would not fill after flushing) so we called for maintenance right away when we got in the room (Friday). The man came and jiggled something inside the tank to get it to fill. By the end of our stay (sunday) we had to flush the toilet by pouring a garbage full of water into it to get it to flush. Also the chlorine smell from the pool was a bit overwhelming too. The beds were VERY comfortable though, so we did get a good nights sleep :) I would stay here again, but request to be AWAY from the pool. The people were very friendly too.
Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. probably the most helpful we've had. pool was a little cloudy when we were there, but it was great for our kids and myself

Our stay was comfortable and restful for the night. Traveling through on our way to Glacier Park.
Room was clean but could have used some updates. Rusty bath tub fixtures and carpet that was torn or loose. Staff was fabulous ready to help and easy to find. The Pool could use some updates as well, the concrete was cracking and chipped in places. Bed linens where great. I was really surprise at the breakfast nice clean eating area that was well maintain by the hotel staff.
Excellent beds, clean rooms, back side directly off a rail yard though quiet inside, pool was down, breakfast was scant, no lounge, no restaurant, but kind and courteous staff.
Good food and friendly staff BUT: Indoor pool closed. Carpet loose and buckling. Microwave didn't work. Tub caulking hanging loose and drain not holding water in tub. Walls needing touch up paint.
