The place is quite good. We spent 2 nights here in comfort. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly. Breakfast could do with some more savory options. They offer a free WIFI. The staff is willing to answer all your queries you have related to the city. Overall a good place to stay for a short visit.
After not so good experience at the other accor hotel in Paris We booked this one and we were very satisfied with it Guess might park in front of the hotel, when you are lucky you might get spot right in front of the hotel. Friendly reception girls. We stayed at their privilege room on the first floor. Huge bathroom, nice comfy bed, hubby happy with the coffee machine. Breakfast was great as well. Maybe need more warm options. The area was very quiet. Its perfect. 15 mins walk to train station, at night we decided to drive around the city. Its actually nicer to drive because we are able to see so many things. Will definitely be back here when we comeback.
We had a room with 2 single beds (twins). The room is terrible small but that is normal in Europe. The hotel is not really close to much and views from the room are just buildings. It's outside of central Paris. The surrounding neighborhood shuts down pretty early to eating after 10pm is a real chore. The hotels staff is excellent and very accommodating. The hotel offers complimentary nespresso which made our mornings! If you are fine being well outside of central Paris and comfortable commuting then this hotel is a good choice.
I traveled Paris on business visit and booked this hotel as recommended by my host company, as it is very close to their place. spent two days here, though the room was small it was very clean and comfortable, the room heating was perfect, provides fairly fast wifi, which was my most useful facility as I need to contact many people by email. The breakfast was average, may be not to my liking the staff were courteous and helpful
Stayed with my sister for a weekend in Paris. I can't fault this hotel. It's beautiful, clean and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is not huge but you get everything you want. All the pastries are delicious. The metro is less than 5mins walk and in 15-20mins you will be in central Paris. Honestly can not find anything negative to say about my stay at this hotel. Would definitely book again.
I was working nearby so had an overnight stay. Everything one would expect of a four star hotel including the 229 Euros charge. I skipped the breakfast which is in the reception area and had a Peu de dejeuner on the main road nearby. No complaints, the Mercule was a very convenient stay, but if I was visiting as a tourist, I would probably go somewhere with more character.
Hotel is fresh, bright, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. I had requested gluten free breakfast which was not available on the first day but they did get some gf bread for my second morning. Overall breakfast was disappointing compared to other Mercure Hotels I've stayed in. It is a small boutique hotel so perhaps this is why? The breakfasts in the Ibis in Issy les Moulineaux are significantly better.
A very economic hotel with decent sized rooms, as rooms are usually very small in paris. The hotel rooms were pretty nice, except there is no lock from inside, and the housekeeping just opened the doors using their keys without asking. That was very annoying. There is a Metro station about 10minutes walk from here, if you wish to go to paris centre.
We stayed in the hotel with a group of 6. The hotel is compact as are the rooms. Rooms were clean with all comfort required. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the lobby. (We took breakfast elsewhere) The hotel is located at walking distance from the Anatole France metro station.
I am not sure I will have enough space to write all my compliments to this hotel...! Searching for a hotel in Paris with a real and large accessible/handicapped room for me and my father, and willing to remain in Paris, with a reasonnable price, I finally found this fabulous Mercure Hotel Accessible room (there are 2 in fact located on the 1st Floor...) in Levallois-Perret, which is a village located outside of Paris limit BUT a walking distance from the Porte de Champerret in Paris. All transportation are available from Metro, Bus, and a Village Shuttle takes you around for free around the village and drops you right at an international shopping mall (who by the way has a Mark's & Spencer!), called "So Ouest" with fashion boutiques, restaurants and even a movie theater! Fantastic village especially for families with children, because in the center of the village there is a park, and you can have a walk to the Seine river, where you can have a fantastic brunch on Sunday on an immense barge restaurant, next to a play ground...Wow! I made a reservation for 2 weeks at he Mercure hoping my father would get out from the hospital nearby, but I ended staying a month in the hotel because my father never got out form the hospital and then we moved back in another area of Paris... My stay in this hotel, with breakfast included was really like in a B&B, with very nice and courteous people, and every morning breakfast was serve in the lobby or outside in the courtyard, with several tables, chairs and even a sofa. Breakfast has everything you like or you can ask for and automatic coffee machine has an an excellent coffee! Manager, Receptionists, Room Attendants, Waitresses and Waiters, everybody... are absolutely polite, helpful, attentive, and professional. I loved every one in this hotel, especially the Manager Maria! I was also a silver member at the Accor Hotels chain and now I am a gold member, so that helps too... Good to make yourself a member! The room has a big screen TV and a gigantic bathroom for wheelchairs. Two reasons for the choice of this hotel, and I did not write a review because if I knew that after my review these rooms will never be empty in the future, and I could not get this room again easily... Lol... Paris is a disaster for handicapped clients and accessible room due to the hotel located in old buildings and are not approved by the Paris administration. But they said they are improving this... When? Nobody knows... Finally, the transportation is perfect and bus is located at a few minutes walk from the hotel and some buses take you directly the center of Paris, whatever your directions is! Porte de Champerret is directing you anywhere in Paris by Bus, and from Paris you can arrive in the heart of Levallois-Perret by Metro! and then take the bus to the hotel or simply walk or take the free shuttle (plan is available). A plus: if you like Suchi, French, Thai, restaurants they are in the same street! Conclusion: if you are in a hurry to make a reservation during a busy time, don't bother research, get here immediately. I spent a lot of time researching already... Enjoy and hoping the best for the hotel staff that I thank a lot!
