Gite in the owner's house (independent access by an outside staircase). 2nd + 3rd floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, WiFi connection, 5 bedrooms (2 single beds / 1 double bed / 2 single beds / 1 double bed / 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds), bathroom (bath), 1 shower room (shower) + 1 shower cubicle, 2 separate WCs. Balcony + sheltered terrace + land (above ground pool). Total floor area: 120 m² attic parts included. Traditional renovated 18th century farmhouse located 800m from the slopes. In the heart of a superb typical south-facing village. Quiet area. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant garden with covered terrace (above ground pool). Small landscaped ground 50m away (boules, badminton). Superb panoramic view of the valley and the massif. This pleasantly renovated cottage in a mountain character is ideally located in the heart of the village resort of Hauteluce and 800 m from the chairlift which joins the area of Les Saisies. A destination for a stay with family or friends!
