Location was easy 10 min walk to old town. Communication regarding check in and parking was very poor. I was charged by Orbitz for the room and the hotel insisted they didn’t get the payment. So I had to pay at the hotel. When Orbitz tried to call the front desk they never answered. I tried to talk with the front desk. They were very dismissive. Terrible customer service.
Our bathroom soap was empty, and also the hallway area is very old and ugly.
My room wasn't available by 3 pm. Furthermore, you are only today that the reception isn't 24 hours once you make the booking. What's worse is that the attendants left before 10 pm (by 9:20 pm the reception was empty). The swimming pool is a kid's swimming pool and not really suitable for adults and this is not indicated on the main description page.
Great experience at this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Secured parking available. Ten minute walk to Petite Venise. Staff went above and beyond. We speak very little French and one of the staff members offered to order pizza delivery for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
