A little older but literally right next to the JR ferry. Friendly staff. Did have some difficulty finding it late at night as we didn’t get in until midnight from Tokyo. You can easily walk to train station too.

Great location if you're going to deer island, plenty of restaurants in the area, we were a family of five so the room was quite small, bed was a bit uncomfortable. They have free parking on the premises which was a huge selling point, breakfast was included, it was a simple continental breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area, but not longer than one night.
