No restaurant in walking distance. Do not go out alone after dark

Just acceptable. If you don't want this review, I'll quit trying

Everything was old and out dated. Thw blankets were paper thin with holes, the towels were cheap the chair was stained the desk chair was mildewed.. Walls were paper thin. MAJOR UPGRADE NEEDED!!!!!

No internet pare time lights in room do all work carpet dirty no sheets on one of the beds sink fixtures can be lifted out sink by hand tub rusty and pitted no covers on electrical outlets doors have missing parts - security locks dorr frame loose as if door kicked open to many times It is a dive on an on

The room looks nothing like it does online. The room was terrible & smelled like mildew. The bathroom shower curtains were very dirty and had thick soap scum buildup. The towels they provide were all one size & old. Spider webs in the corners of the wall. The walls were thin and you could hear next door guest talking. Loud banging with kids running up and down the stairs and staff talking and laughing outside most of the stay. No ironing board or iron. Glad my stay was only one night.

THE HOTEL WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED. THERE WERE ROACHES IN MY ROOM.

First, I got a room which keys did not work. Second, I was provided with another room, keys worked. However, it was not very clean and worse of all around 2 a.m. some one else was trying to get into my room. It scared the hell out of my wife and woke up my 2 year old grandson. Later the front desk person knocked on the door question me as to why I was in the room. Needless to say it was a terrible night after a long drive. Who needs that?

Yes it has mocrowave, fridge, and little kitchen area. I stayed 4 days. No room service. I tried to cancel a day they told me return the next day to do it. They then said they can't do it because it's in a 24 he period. The office isn't open the hours it says. Walls paper thin. Plumbing problems.

Our room was disgusting. The were dirty footprints in the bathtub, facial hair in the sink, and dust everywhere. We did not feel clean at all. Stay away from this place, it is cheap for a reason.

The hotel meet my expectations. I was only down there for a few days to get away and enjoy Voodoo fest on Saturday.

Since normal people cant afford to stay in New Orleans, you gotta go to the outskirts. This location was actually a really easy drive in, even when the SAINTS were playing--- thats saying a lot. They didnt jack up the rates for gameday weekend. Normal people can afford to stay here. -- I loved my room. Beds were huge, soft, cool, ac worked. lights, bathroom worked... perfectly clean. Its a little old, so it has a seasoned smell, but you can manage that, and for the money--- get a life! Its just fine. -- It did everything I need a hotel to do. Have a nice soft bed, ac, and reasonably clean. -- Neighborhood's ok. Its not uptown, but I didnt see anyone's underwear, and I didnt hear BBBBBB! BBBBB! BBBBBBB ! ----- Girl behind the desk was very nice, and helpful.. Pool actually looked good, if you do the pool. -------- AFFORDABLE, AND A GREAT VALUE. very satisfied.

Nice all rooms could be upgraded and life gurad for after hrs or at least able to swim after hrs due to events in town. Coming 10 hrs away we still enjoyed a nice cleanroom.

The Hotel needs to be re-do badly. Old beds, forget about the TV, that was the rest hotel I've ever been since I been travel.

It is close to the downtown area and is comfortable.

Have stayed here before and always enjoyed our stay. However, this trip, the place is starting to look rundown & needs some upgrading. Will stay again but hope changes are done soon.

We checked in quickly...right when we got into the room the front desk called the room to make sure everything was to our liking and was taken care of (which was very nice, I hadn't ever had that happen before). The owner had a wonderful bulldog that cuddled with me when I walked in (magnificent dog). Everything was satisfactory, nothing too dirty, no problems. Slept comfortably, although it was after a wedding, so we were quite drunk! Still a nice stay!

This place is terrible. First off across the street is a run down housing complex, and more than a dozen homeless in this location's parking lot and adjacent sidewalk. Everytime a vehicle parks or drives up the crowd around begging for money, food, etc. The hotel itself is run down and falling apart. the toilet was disgusting and the AC was so incredibly loud. My room was on the street side and you could hear the noise from across the street like it was coming from your next door neighbor.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants and only a few minutes away from the French Quarter...not a bad option for a quick rest.

Staff was very pleasant. Location seemed unfriendly at first, but after first night it wasn't that bad. Older style motel, but you are paying a very reasonable price for location. Pool was clean and inviting! If you are looking for a place to crash and not amenities then this would be your destination.

I had a wonderful time, and I am currently planning my next trip
