The safety latch on the door had been ripped off, the bathroom door had been kicked in and would not even close, there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and mold on the ceiling. There were hairs in the sink and it was obvious that the toilet had not been cleaned. I have never stayed in a hotel where I felt like I needed a toilet seat cover, but I had to put tissue on it every time I used it .The cover on the bed was dirty and the refrigerator did not work. I called the front desk to get the Wi-Fi password and the one they gave me did not work. However, I had to call the front desk call my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work. I will never stay at this hotel again, or any other red roof inn for that matter.
The building very old. Ceiling has falling stucco over the bed, restroom. Restroom door looks like it was eaten by an animal and is patched up. Door is hard to close and open. Top cover sheet has blood stains, shower doesn’t work had to use water from the faucet to bathe. No drinking water provided not even to purchase. We had to use microwave to melt ice from the ice maker to drink. Very run down hotel. Surly did not worth my $101. dollars a night. I reported it to the agent on duty and all he said was OK. Everything complaint was answered by OK. So sad. I am very disappointed. I hope Orbits will refund me my money.
Place was extremely dirty , Roaches on the floor my door didn’t close properly, the toilet seat wasn’t the right size to match the bowl. People on the stairs doing drugs. The sheets on the beds had big stains it was terrible. I checked in to three different rooms all were bad. I had to book another hotel and leave even if it meant losing my money.
I didnt like the fact that there was a legit hostage situation 2 doors down from my room. This place is so ghetto its ridiculous. The city should shut that place down! Prostitutes calling people to come in. Half ass air conditioning hard spring matress pillows like balloons and not enough towels. I'll never be back
The staff was very nice but the sheets were dirty the beds were hard to lay in the bathroom toilet didn't have a cover on it and it kept running it was a crack in the bathtub bottom
This particular property was not in the best area there was a homeless guy sleeping outside the door of my friends room she also got a nail in her tire thankfully there was a tire repair across the intersection. As far as the rooms they are OK but the bathroom was NASTY PEE all over the bottom of the comode so not the Cleanest or the Safest for a Lady staying by herself😬
