Super 8 Hartford

Most accommodating kind staff. Went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed when we asked.

This place should not be rated as a hotel. The location is very dangerous, filled with drug addicts, and deemed the "after spot" for the goers of the strip club located next to it. The entire front desk is encased in bullet proof glass and the attendant states it is for protection which is indicative of violent incidents taking place there. The rooms are run down with non working appliances, dirty linens, and broken furniture. Blood and urine stains were on the comforters and sheets, cobwebs are everywhere as is lime and mold. Avoid Avoid Avoid. In fact, orbitz should take it from their site

Hi, Super 8 motel was a very good place to stay, and I hope come back again soon. People are so nice and serviceable. I will recommend to my friend. Thank again!!

If you’re looking for a bed to sleep in, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a place to sleep that is comfortable, clean, has outlets, working lamps and non-dingy towels, this is not the place for you.

Check in was easy. My room was very dirty . The bathroom had weird stains on the outside of the tub and floor. The bed skirt had red brown stains on it. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and there were no extra blankets available. Other guests were loud. A woman sat in the hallway and talked loudly on the phone. Nobody seemed to do anything about it. Breakfast the next morning was sparse. Cereal and a waffle maker. The coffee was terrible. All in all, it was a cheap place to stay for a night. I would not recommend this for any long term stays.

The room was clean, but I found dirty socks under the sheets of the bed which tells me that the sheets were not changed. Also, the toilet seat slid off the toilet, so you had to be careful when you sat on it. The staff said that they couldn't fix it for at least two days, but I was only staying one day. The hallways were smelly and dirty.

Room has smell and lien has dirt. Not recommend. Staff are friendly though.

Too much noice because of the water main room just beside my room...the beds are not comfortable..but the hotel people are helpful

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Otherwise no extras - not even clothes hangers! Free coffee in lobby but when I got there it was gone. For the price acceptable but I've had much better.

Awesome right across from he concert venue. All we had to do was walk. Easy to book. Easy to get to. Would stay again if going to a cocnert

For what it is, It's convenientI did however find a bra behind the door.

The location is good, convenient. This establishment is old, run down and not worth the price. I was not diligent at looking at the star rating before booking. Don't repeat my mistake. The rooms are outdated, furnishings are broken. Drawers don't open or fall off track when opening. All furnishings are chipped and in need of replacement. The linens are old and ratty with holes. The towels are no longer white but rather a dull gray. The lighting is terrible especially in the bathroom, equivalent to a flashlight. I would bet a million dollars no disinfectant is used when housekeeping cleans. I was there for 2 nights and the toilet backed up 4 times. And roaches were spotted. I would NOT Recommend staying here. I would recommend removing this establishment from any travel site

We arrived really lat at night and had pre paid, so we stayed. People were arguing , loitering, and playing loud music in the parking lot. We were put in a room close to the lobby and were kept up all night long by the noise outside our door, and from the stomping noises above us. The bathroom door had holes punched in it. Seriously one off the worst hotels that I've ever stayed in.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Location-wise, it was perfect for where I needed to be. However, the overall hotel was a disappointment. The gentleman who checked me in was not overly friendly, almost as if I was a burden coming to his establishment. I had to call the main desk the first night (of 2 I stayed) because of the loud neighbors - these folks were loud, but the walls were thin - you could hear them too easily. The morning I was leaving, I went to get breakfast and saw 3-4 police cars - they had taken a guest out - not sure what that was all about - so I wonder if this was a sketchy area? Days Inns are hit and miss for me, this was a definite miss.

easy in, easy out, convenient for a quick mid-trip stop

fast in, fast out, everything worked. It was a mid-trip overnight stop, and fine for that.

We only needed a place to sleep, we had two rooms, one was a first floor with one double bed, the other a second floor with two double beds. The second floor room had a very bad odor even with the window open. The first floor room you actually had to hold the shower head to take a shower. The Indians that run the place do not care about customer service AT ALL.

Room was nasty.. bed wasn't made.. pillows were yellow.. there were fast food wrappers on the floor.. it was a disgrace

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL...IT WAS SO DISCUSTING THAT MY WIFE & I DIDN'T EVEN SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG...THE HOTEL WAS VERY NASTY...WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETS ON THE BED AND THEY WERE LADENED WITH BODILY FLUIDS...OMG!!!! INSTEAD OF THEM OFFERING US OUR MONEY BACK...THYE WANTED TO GIVE US ANOTHER ROOM...NO WAY...PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYONE ELSE THIS HOTELS ADDRESS...TAKE THEM OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE...THANKS...DR & MRS.
