Hotel was under construction, a temporary problem. Staff managed non-ideal situation well. Shuttle was on time.

The heat wasnt working. But the young lady change our room to a room that the heat was working they our remodling so alot of constructing out thete but the room was nice.

I have no idea how the rooms were because My room was given away! I annotated on my reservation that I would be arriving late. I showed up after traveling all day with 2 cats and a 6 year old at 2am to find that they were out of rooms and I was being to taxied 5 miles away to another hotel that was not laquinta. She wasnt sure if they even toom pets! The taxi never showed after waiting 30 Minutes and I ended up getting my own uber... luckily. The hotel I was sent to was disgusting and a 1 star at best. The desk clerk told me that laquinta had been overbooking frequently and they had many upset guests arriving. This is 2 am with a crying 6 year old and 2 cats meowing their heads off. To say I was irate is putting it lightly. My room was paid for... which I could care less about. I cant even put into words my anger and frutratiom with this Laquinta.

staff did not change the bed linen daily or empty the trash in room

They were very accommodating when our plane was changed and we had to wait until 1:00 pm to leave.

Little discomfort was on third floor could hear the person above walking around.breakfast didn't have variety like bacon, scrambled eggs.

Everything was perfect from start to finish the staff was great place was clean and shuttled us in plenty of time to catch our flight

You get what you pay for. Decent place, but not the Hilton.

We had 4 people in our party for a quick over night stay. The 2 full beds with a full bath were adequate. Because it was a smaller room with 4 people, we appreciated being able to open the window slightly for some fresh air. Given the hotel was near the airport, we only heard one plane during out entire stay; that was a pleasant surprise.

Stayed 2 nights. Very nice stay. Things had been updated, and they chose the right things to update. Staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Only small minor complaint, the sink was outside of the bathroom. I was sharing the room with a friend and having the sink outside the bathroom didn't allow from any privacy. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and the price couldn't be beat. Oh! Also super close to the airport and good restaurants very close by.

Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Room was nice and comfortable.

Broken outlet by sink not fixed for the remaining 4 days of our stay. I would stay there again.

Quick transportation to and from airport and rental cars. Very friendly staff -- helped me get laundry going. Everything worked well.

Lovely big bed! Comfortable, clean and quiet. The décor wasn't too flash and most of the hotel was in rennovations, but for a place to crash while on business it was good.

The hotel is undergoing some sort of renovation, so I give it a hall pass on a few things. Presumably the renovation will attend to the pervasive smell of breakfast in the second floor hallway. However, room was just fine, comfy, clean. Staff as nice if a bit relaxed. Shuttle to airport was convenient. Perfect for what I needed - a quick place to lay my head before an early morning flight.

Great location for early morning flights out of Bradley. Staff was etremely pleasant and helpful.

I liked the place and the location (near airport). The desk clerk was very curt and not personable at all. The cost to leave my car for a few days was more expensive than if I left it at the neighboring parking area! Not much incentive for me to stay overnight!
