The rooms initially are gorgeous. But you quickly fall out of love when you see that the floating floors were installed by someone who’s never touched a rubber mallet. The fridge door is missing a handle. The light in the kitchen is falling from the ceiling. You can’t change the channel on the TV for some reason. And worst of all- when trying to sleep, it’s initially *difficult* because the blinds don’t do anything at all to block out the very bright lights from outside your room. IF YOU DO FALL ASLEEP- you’re woken up every 10-20 minutes by the disturbingly loud electrical noise coming from the AC unit outside. I was awake from 1-6 AM because of his, and I only booked a hotel because I needed to be up early for a work meeting the next day. I would have been better off sleeping at home and waking up early to be in Manchester.
