The property was somewhat on the bad side.

Dirty broken jacuzzi with no hot water which was the whole point of my stay, broken tv, dirty bathroom, dirty towels , not nice about it when brought up to the staff

it was convient

Don't rely on the breakfast and bring your own pillows

Parking is OK. No nearby restaurant. Old, tube type TV. Floor moves as you walk on it. Really nice guy owns it, or works there. It didn't cost a lot, and for a quick place to sleep on a business trip it was just fine. State police barracks right outside, so it's safe. Didn't actually use the Wi-Fi, so I don't know how it is, but review required me to put a number.

Great experience . Bed wasn't the best but the room was an okay space , TV and wifi was not a strong suit . Breakfast could of been a lot better

O K for an overnight needs lots of updates . old and dingy . convent location. close to Hartford

room was dated and needed some cosmetic fixing. That said, all was clean, bed was firm/clean. Very happy with the value. Would recommend.

No one was at the front desk and would not call us a taxi. Room was clean enough but needs updates. Window was broken.

The lodge is fairly big but could be much better. The Rooms are not very clean or comfortable. There is an order when walking inside the rooms even with the Non-smoking room. Beds are not properly cover ( No bed linen ) nasty sheets with smudges. Also not enough pillows and are like 5 years old.The staff is friendly and easy check in. Lightning in the room is horrible. NEEDS A BIG UPGRADE .

It was a good stay but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

A basic motel, ok if you just need to stay a night

When I arrived, I needed to use the ladies room in the lobby. There was no toilet paper. The toilet in the room was plugged.

If u care about money.. its cheap. but its not good

It's god price and convenient. It took me short time by 95 bus to downtown Hartford. And the bus stop is right front the hotel.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking - but there were ash trays there. Close to where I needed to be, so location was fine. If you need a bed, this place is fine. If you want more - go elsewhere.

I was not there for most part, but the TV never worked. It was close to the person that I was visiting so that was great.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a hotel. I stayed at the Econo Lodge in East Hartford Connecticut. When I walked into my room, there were no pillows on the bed. When I walked into the bathroom, the bathtub was filled with water! It took over 15 minutes for the sink in the bathroom to have hot water and the towels were badley stained. I brought this to the gentlemen at the front desk and he gave be a different room. When I went back to the 1st room to get my belongings, the key would not work, so I called the front desk from my new room and he said he would "be there when he could". Now there was nobody there, there was no reason he could not help me at that moment, I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my belongings. I ended up leaving after the 2nd day. I am very disappointed with Econo Lodge as I have had nice experiences with them in the past.

This was the most horrid experience I have ever had. I was completely embarrassed by the extremely poor condition of this hotel. The ceiling paint was falling down, the toilet was running, the bathroom floor was rotting through. No entry light. No bathroom fan. No coffee maker... as listed. I could go on and on. The place should be condemned!

I made it a romantic night for me and my girlfriend. It was easy since there was a in room jacuzzi with wrap around mirrors. The room was clean, the bathroom was small, a dvd player in the room would of been an added plus. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but could have been a little better. Was worth the amount paid for the room.

We think it’s on the good side with great value, clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi.
