Reception stafff woman very nice very helpful. Rooom rate very fair. Close to airport. Easy to find. An unexciting facility and well run.

Clean and convenient. Just what we needed near Bradley Airport.

Was a sufficient place to sleep. Breakfast was less than adequate. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service was prompt and convenient.

This hotel was better than I expected. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean. They were very helpful when I needed something from a nearby gas station they volunteered to take me in the Van.

The hotel lobby was okay, nothing special. The room was fairly clean, a little small but decent. The area is kind of depressing and there was no where to eat within walking distance. Also they are right within the flight path of airplanes landing, but the noise did not really disturb me and my room faced the airport. Overall, the hotel was a decent and nice place to stay for one night.

Check-in process very good - staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot with a range of food choices for different appetites.

Stayed here 1 night. First time flying for my kids and it was an early flight. Decided to get a room so everyone could sleep longer and not have meltdowns. Really close to airport. You here the planes taking off and landing. Didn't keep any of us up though. Staff was nice.(In reality I only talked with them while checking in and out, which there were no issues). Room was clean, beds were comfortable. It was perfect for what I wanted. Cheap lodging close to the airport. I was only there for about 10hrs total. I think a lot of the reviewers feel they should get all the amenities of high end hotels here. If you want that then stay at a high end hotel. If you want a nice hotel that doesn't cost a lot close to the airport. Then this is your place.

Older Hotel a bit run down with a non professional but friendly hotel staff. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet paper holder was pulled out from the wall and, instead of replacing it, tape was put on the wall. It is too bad they are not taking of the hotel as it is perfectly located.0

The room was so filthy, like it was never cleaned. Other people's hair in the shower

Close to the Airport. Plenty places nearby to eat and fast food places too. Front desk personnel friendly and always willing to help with directions to where you wanted to go. Free Shuttle to and from the Airport. Very clean room, big screen TV Free local and USA Today Newspapers in the lobby. Continental breakfast was so-so no Danish or buns. Asked about late check out would only give me 1/2 more in any more time would cost 50.00 per hour? Would stay there again.

I was there for two nights but my room key was only programmed for 1 night so this caused some difficulty on the second day. Vending machine was out stock on a lot selections. Free breakfast did not have a lot of choices as other hotel chains.

The staff was helpful the room was clean and comfortable (far more so than any other days inn or equivalent hotel that I have stayed at).

Good to stay after few drinks... Great for quick stop...

Clean room Comfortable bed Everything worked in room The breakfast was great and available before it's time Van to gate was fast and efficient

Had a early flight and decided to stay closer to the airport. Linsey at the desk when we arrived Very friendly. bed was very comfortable.

A good deal for the price. The breakfast was perfect before our very early shuttle to the airport. Friendly front desk staff. Overall, very good deal.

Good breakfast, nice facilities, nice people, nice location. Two easily fixable problems for working folks: 2 bedside tables but only one with light; a nice working desk with no light anywhere near it.

1st view of hotel exterior got me very worried, needs more attractive fascade and grounds. Quickly alleviated by excellent reception girl and manager's hospitality. Quick check in, nicely designed and comfortable rooms. Extremely quiet so close to airport. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby, fast access to highways. Healthy complimentary breakfast, even available at 4:00 AM for early departures. Had delicious Chinese food a few miles away on RT 140 (Elm Street)-to Windsor Locks center, place called China Moon (in Odd lots center), place called China Moon-quirky lady at counter of restaurant, fresh and affordable meal. Both men in manager's capacity were anxious to answer travel directions or inquiries about the area, both engaging.

I was only there for about 10 hrs, but your night manager was very welcoming & friendly & your shuttle driver was great.

Great little find. Price is right and it is CLEAN. Staff is meh.
