Very up to date. Clean. Everything was just right.

Breakfast was good. People all pleasant. Plenty of eating places near by.

Slept great! Very comfortable and quiet. The location is very close to JMU. Will stay again!

The hotel was great, it was nice and the staff was really helpful. I got a smoking room by mistake and they freshened it and used an ozone machine to get the smell out, the room was smoke free for the entire trip. Also the location was great it was right on 33 and a close ride to everything. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Great experience for a one night stay. I only wished they had a pool.

There was a disturbance outside of my hotel room. Actually it was an assault at 3:42 am I had to call police and front desk. Police then questioned the people right outside my hotel room door. Staff didnt offer to discount my room or anything for lack of sleep or the fear it put into my 13 year old child traveling with me. Horrible experience

We had a late night arrival, early morning departure but everything was as advertised and better. Clean, comfortable, convenient with a decent breakfast, which we had on the run. Would stay there again,, no problem.

locatetd right off I-81, this hotel is the perfect place to stop over if you have a pet (we were travelling with a small dog). Staff was welcoming and the "pet area" was ample and well maintained. The free breakfast was pretty good with decent selections, the coffee was mediocre. loved the midday checkout.

This hotel is located very close to 81, which made it a convenient place to stay. Room was clean, beds comfy, staff very friendly and the breakfast was great! My only negetive was that I requested a crib when I booked on travel website and nothing was said about it at front desk; I assumed it would be in room. It was not (and after traveling all day with kids the last thing you want to do when you finally get to your destination is additional hassle even if it is small)

Hotel was very clean and was priced very reasonably. A bit Spartan.

This hotel was a last-minute decision for us, and what a surprise! It was easily accessible and comfortable in every way. The staff was very friendly, and helped us with some requests. Room and bathroom were larger than expected. This will be our place to stay whenever we're in the area.

We come to Harrisonburg twice a year - I have stayed at Holiday Inn Candlewood Hampton I booked here because rooms were not available at the others... This hotel was in the same area, just as good and much less expensive. we will stay here from now on.

Was in town for funeral. Was able to check into room early. Very friendly staff at desk. Room was on 4th floor. Only complaint was that half the floor had smoking rooms and half were non-smoking. I did not want smoking room. The halway smelled of cigarette smoke and I was afraid the room would as well, but the room smelled fine. A/C worked good. Plenty of hot water that came to room quickly. Had to have overnight package delivered to the hotel. I asked front desk to call me when the package arrived and they did just that. They kept the package secured for me until I got back to hotel. The hotel offered a free Continenal Breakfast. Even though I did not partake in the breakfast, everything looked good, plentiful and fresh. Overall good stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was a hit - expecially the waffle maker. Hotel was quiet, very clean and we slept like rocks. It was a convenient distance from Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns, JMU, and lots of other scenic charms. The staff had lots of information and suggestions about local (and not so local) attractions. We plan to go again soon!

The hotel was fine. Few frills but the price was good and the hotel was clean with a solid staff.

In town for JMU parents weekend

Just a one night stay as we dropped our daughter off for college. Clean, comfortable room made for a very pleasant stopover.

Wonderful location...we had a short walk to the Texas Roadhouse! Lots of eateries and stores close by.

Convenient and reasonable.

I brought my 88 year old mother from Florida to visit where she had grown up. We would visit during the day and come bach to the Hotel at night. It was pleasant to come back to a clean and quite room.
