Beds are terrible? I don't recommend this hotel! Need upgrading!

My hotel room experience: No soap or shampoo in room. Pillows sloppily arranged on bed. Didn't feel like it had been cleaned thoroughly. Toilet overflowed in morning leaving the water to fall into the room below. Everything about this hotel says the owner is letting it run down, probably to renovate or build a new one on the site. It felt like no one cares. The people at the front desk were pleasant. It was inexpensive, which is what I was looking for, but no bargain.

Non-smoking room was a smoked in. Second room smelled of stale smoke and an old motel. Not very acceptable for a Ramada and the price. It's a motel.

The room was okay, nothing fancy. The blanket on the bed had stains on them which grossed me out

My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times over the pass two years to watch our son play college football... This motel is very nice and close to everything we need while we are in town.. I would recommend this motel to family and friends.

I was disappointed in the room. I thought I was getting a non-smoking room and you could smell smoke. There was a hole on the blanket on the bed caused by a cigarette. I kept stepping on debris on the floor, so it was not vacuumed properly. And the bathroom was too small.

We were vert disappointed in the Ramada would not go there again. Even found hair in one of the beds.

Was a nice place and a great deal. Was a great sleep, felt rested and ready to continue on. Staff was friendly as well.

This was a pretty nice motel. We stay here a few times a year while going to some college football games.. Continental breakfast was nice and the rooms overall is not bad either. Will continue to stay when need be!!

We stayed for 1 night as a layover while my wife and I were traveling up RT81. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I found two cockroaches in the room. One on the bed, and the other on the chair. Other then that, the room was fine with basic expected amenities provided.

The positives: Staff was very polite, breakfast was good, room was clean, this was an older Motel that has been tastefully redone by Ramada. The negatives: Both me and my girlfriend kept waking up every time the AC/Heater unit turned on because it was so loud.

Low budget room Terrible bed Loud traffic noise Disgusting carpet Friendly staff Breakfast was good

Furnishings had been replaced recently and the room overall was nicer than expected. Breakfast included hot french toast and biscuits and gravy, along with usual cereal and bread options.

Overpriced for age of hotel, not the best day as far as being clean

When we got into the room and shut the door, the top of the door looked like it had been kicked or beat in - there was a huge gap at the top and at the bottom, and one of the hinge pins was almost completely out. When I went to take a shower, the tub looked filthy, like maybe no one had stayed in that room for a while. I can't believe this place got the ratings it did. I would never stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Okay room for the most part. Lots of outside noise and the shower didn't work correctly--hot and cold were opposite of what they should be, so we thought there was no hot water (very odd).

We were traveling with a quick stay over night. It's what you expect in this price range. Also, it was right off the highway. Good value for the money and the staff was great!

My wife and I stayed here because it was cheaper than the surrounding hotels. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The outside of the building looks kind of old and run down. However, our room was newly remodeled, and had a large flat screen and fridge. Also, the free breakfast was better than many I've had. I thought this was a great hotel for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Hello, could you tell me your name or what room number you stayed in so I can research and remedy this problem? Thank you.
