The chocolate waffles were amazing. The property is very clean and staff was friendly

Breakfast was very good and coffeee hit and tasty Back foot from parking lot was opened for three days until fixed to use with card; anyone could walk in. Light sometimes on sometimes off not good security at all Room was musty floor carpet and bedspreads old and should be replaced I went because pet friendly but did not receive anything for the $25 nightly fee” go walk on the grass” was answer to where dogs could be walked. Staff were friendly but did not make up for lodging I adequacies

The hotel was efficient but a bit dated. The fan in the bathroom was not working and a lightbulb over the vanity was out.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They acknowledged me each time I came by the front desk and addressed me by my name EVERY time.

I was travelling from Pennsylvania to Tennessee and my car broke down. I was alone with my 4-year old and was crying, frustrated and decided to get a room for us to spend the night and figure out what I was going to do. The gentleman that checked me in was beyond amazing. I was extremely frustrated because I had already been to 3 mechanic shops and they were telling me it was going to cost between $2000-$4000 to fix my car (single mom, currently unemployed and had limited funds)...I had told the gentleman the situation I was in and after I checked in he provided the number to two different mechanic shops. Long story short, one of the shops he recommended took GREAT care of me and my vehicle. I had to stay a couple of nights at this location because the repairs were going to take about 3 days total. The same gentleman was on duty the second night as well and he made it a point to check with me and make sure my daughter and I were okay. I told him how much I appreciate his help and concern and his response to me was, "I have daughters and I would hope that if they're ever in this situation that someone would help them". The gentleman's name is Peter and he is exceptional at what he does. He deserves commendation for going above and beyond. Because he didn't have to but felt like he should. Thank you Days Inn and Peter for making a single mama and her child feel safe and at home.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it’s great for the price.

I liked that it was quiet. I can tell this hotel is older and my bathroom had an unpleasant urine odor. I liked that WiFi was available. Bed was great, it was super comfortable.

The worst place ever the worst place ever horrible

We stay there three nights all together got clean room one night the other tonight so didn't even change the towels and nothing no housekeeping no toilet paper in or nothing told my family that came and see me did they're not allowed to be there they were going to do whatever charge my card $20 for my family being for my family being there that left they wasn't spending the night check out was at 11 1103 when I was getting ready to walk out the door front desk came and knocked on my door and told me if I didn't leave that they were going to call the cops on me I'm very unsatisfied

Room smelled like urine as soon as we walked in the refrigerator smelled very bad as if it was never cleaned beds were ok overall a little disappointing

Close to interstate. Waffles included in breakfast.

If you look at the website and then you look at the facility, they do not give everything they promised.

Whole hotel smelled like mold and wet mop, rooms were outdated smelled horrible, had water stains on ceiling, very uncomfortable.

Excellent price for a room that was up to date, clean, with comfortable beds. Room was much more than we expected. The breakfast was very nice and the woman in charge was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in that area.

The facility is old and needs repairs There was a broken chair in my room with one arm missing. It has a pool which was not available. I would not stay there again.

The overall place is what you'd expect. Older but decently kept. However, we woke up at 2 am with the bed infested with bed bugs. I personally was bit dozens of times and my forehead, ears, hands, and back have welts. We left the hotel immediately. The night staff was pleasant but could do little for us. He mentioned that bed bugs CAN happen. REALLY? They should never happen. We have not heard back from the hotel management.

Room was below average. Needed a good clean throughout. The breakfast shoul dhave been until 10 and the lady that was working it seemed very stressed and because of that a bit short with patrons.. 2nd night we were not left a bath mat or any refull of shampoo and condisioners, etc. Seems like they are too short staffed.

am sorry you had unpleasant stay with us. We are currently renovating our pet rooms with plank flooring. It clearly states with expedia .com that there is a pet fee sorry for the confusion
