For less money per night than a chain hotel, we spent the night in an historic mansion on the Susquehanna River. Lovely for walking and biking.

The Manor on Front in Harrisburg was excellent. The property overlooks the Susquehanna River and is an old mansion restored to perfection. Ana, the innkeeper, is great, and her breakfast in the dining room, with views of the river is hard to beat. I will return again someday to experience this special place
