Was told the pool was open, even at check in, it was not. the floor was sticky upon check in, there was clothes in the drawers from previous person and only one tiny light in the corner of the room. the staff was not pleasant at all. i will never stay there again.
Do not stay here!!!!!!!!! Dead bugs all over the room, a/c doesn’t work/ lingering smell of cat pee, inch gap on top and bottom of room door along with broken locks. Feels more like a crack house than a hotel. I can’t believe this is even on Orbitz. We went to our rooms, and booked another hotel in 15 minutes. Staff was ok but facility is the worst I’ve ever seen and was surprised it’s not condemned. Again DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice people but atrocious hotel room. Shower curtain rod falling off, hole in ceiling above shower head with mold/mildew, Breakfast inconsistent (no OJ one day, no waffle batter next). Maid service very good - obvious he/she did best they could given conditions…clean crisp sheets, towels, etc. Place needs a LOT of help. Not a typical Wyndam property
This place is dirty, floors are sticky and there are burn marks on the bed spread. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and we cancelled the rest of our stay. The front office person was rude to other customers and not friendly.
Barely adequate for a 1 night bed. Shower was horrible, heavy CRUD on the bottom & lower 3 inches of tub walls. The curved shower curtain rod was falling down. Curtain was 12" from front & back walls, rod went up hill on both ends.
Did not like anything about this place room stink bugs in it and fixtures were falling off the walls
Great accommodations for the price. Good quiet area, ..................not much traffic!
Convenience to my weekend activities in Carlisle and at Dickinson College.
the hallway was real smelly. The stairs to the 2nd floor were all stained and yucky looking. The room was okay , the bed was comfy. The owners are Indian and are very nice. The house keepers are not so nice.
My only issue was with checking in. It took almost a half hr just to get checked in. It was to the point i was ready for a refund and to go somewhere else. It wasnt the hotels fault.
No closet to hang closes, just a wall rack that was falling off the wall, had to layout bags on the floor, reported it to front desk, they said it would be fixed right a way, We stayed 3 nights never got fixed. Hallways dark, lights were out. Hotel needs a major make over. Room smelled musty.......
This was the second year I choose this hotel. Last year was satisfactory but needed updating . This year the room was smelly at check-in and desk gave can of air freshener. The AC went form uncomfortable warm to chilly all night. The bed was not made or room refreshed after first night of two night stay. Still had wet towels in bath room and go and ask staff for fresh towels. Floor was not vacuumed leaving dirt and a metal screw in walking area.
This is a good place to stay if you're simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night if you're passing through. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was a nice little bonus.
In a pinch I would stay here again but in the future I would look for a different hotel. Mildew/damp oder is not what I was expecting and there dusting was not done for a while. For special events (car shows) in the area the price for the rooms are inflated, for the price I would have appreciated a clean and fresh smelling room, also we reserved for 4 people and had towels for 2 people. I believe management should be taking pride in their hotel, because if not for travelers they would not have a job.
My experience was simple and utilitarian. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was a bit far out of town, but that, in the end, does not matter. Simple, clean, courteous. No frills, but pleasant enough.
