Randy Stewart is the general manager/owner of the hotel. He gave me his personal cell phone on a previous visit. I called and told him I was coming up for my son's birthday. Randy personally delivered a birthday cake to our room. Wow! The hotel has an exercise room, a restaurant on site, and exercise room, a large outdoor pool with water slides, an indoor pool and game room. Most importantly, they have people that will care about you and your family having a great time at the hotel. They will treat you better than some of your family members! ;) Amazing service!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice bar, restaurant and pool area made it a fun experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of shopping centers, and dining options, Chick-fil-A, 5 Guys, Target, etc, which I found perfect. The room was spacious and quiet. Red Lion is exactly what I want in a hotel! Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights n no one even came to our room to give us cleam towels did not empty trash no toilet paper slippery tub fell n hurt my leg not happy at all
The staff was very friendly. We got in late and checked our early so we didnt get to go to the pools. The outdoor pool looked amazing.
Everything I needed was at the hotel or really close by. It rained so I loved the indoor and outdoor pool that stayed open late.

This is a great older property. Very well maintained You want have all the things that a new property will have. Did not see any free snacks or fruit available.
The pool is definitely a plus, the check in time should of been a little less long of the wait especially since the hotel barley had anyone in it, hotel rooms were spacious, 20 minute drive to Hershey park
The hotel looks run down and falling apart the room I had smelled like wet rug . There was no fridge or microwave in the room which is a first for me and the cot they bought to the room was disgraceful , it was like laying down on metal coils . NEVER AGAIN
The staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was very outdated and u saw the mold on the air conditioner unit and smelled it. No refrigerator in room or safe... paid $173 for the night and thought breakfast was included, and it wasn’t. No coffee maker in room... the pool however and grounds were beautiful. My kids enjoyed that and the jungle gym. Would stay here again, but would like a balcony room that is more up to date
I liked the pools. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I was disappointed because i booked a pool side patio room and was given a room next to the parking lot. They did end up moving us to a room with a balcony but i would have liked the room i booked with the patio.
