Wow! What a comfortable bed, sweet staff and clean room!

I was looking for an easy stop after visiting Gettysburg. The location was fine but the hotel was truly filthy: stains in carpets and bedspreads, bits of garbage left by a previous guest, accumulated hair behind the bathroom door, etc.

The staff was kind and very helpful. I had a nice experience and was comfortable

When first walking into the room, I thought it was nice looking, but after being in it for awhile I realized that everything was a bit dated feeling & it did not have a really clean feel. The carpet looked like it could have a good cleaning & the brass lamps all had a layer of dust on them. The window had finger prints on it when we opened the curtains & the mirrors all had a foggy look on them. We had to shake the toilet handle every time we flushed or the toilet would continuously run. We tried to ask the cleaning people for a sheet to put on the couch because our daughter was going to sleep on it & that was really quite a time because they didn't understand English. The stairway going down to the pool has an awful moldy smell to it, and we actually would hold our breath & run down. Also, (this is not the hotel's fault) there was construction on the road just outside the motel & it would begin at night. Beeping & loud noises all night long!!! I will give a BIG thanks to the breakfast lady. She was awesome! Always running around making sure that there was enough food & she said 'Good Morning' to you & always had a big smile.

Told about a light being out. It was not taken care of. The shower. Had to turn the cold water on. Let it run for 8 to 10 minutes for the cold water to start. Checked out at 130 am. The front desk person asked why I was checking out at that time for. Had an early flight.

Nice, clean, good breakfast, good value. Great family hotel for the money.

Main complaint is noise. I was awake for hours when a late arriving person with an incessant cough came on the floor. Although her room was many doors down from us, we heard the coughing for hours. Not much can be done about this. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper, make sure you bring ear plugs.

Okay it is an inexpensive Ramada but...noisy, with a computer system you should be able to get the requested wake up call and the food!It is hard to believe that so much food could be so awful.

My 2nd stay here something went wrong in a matter of a year. Room was reserved for 5 ppl but 3 towels in room. Asked for 2 more was told to wait an hour because they were in laundry. No pool towels available. Hot tub timer broken only worked in 5 min intervals and was like a warm bath water. Asked for help when there wasn't a language barrier with worker well just no one could do anything to fix anything. There were plenty of towels to soak up the broken juice machine at breakfast. They had them lined up on floor with a wet sign and machine was fixed after 2hrs.

We stayed for two nights, we have 2 children and 2 dogs. It was a nice hotel, clean and comfy, the best is that you can take your pets with you ,they allow them, just paid $ 10 dollars for each pet ,each night. Good and nice breakfast, you can make your own waffles, kids love that, but only thing we didn't like about it , it is a small place to sit and eat, there is not plenty room for all the people, you have to be there around 7.30 am to get a table ,otherwise was good . Highly recommended ,I was a little afraid about some of the bad reviews but not, it was perfect close to hershey parks and restaurants. We will be back again't if we have another opportunity . Pool good temperature and nice and hot jacuzzi.

I was there for 4 nights. The place needs work. Half the plugs didn't work through out the whole room. Stains everywhere. Tile was very dirty looking. Needs replaced. The pool was closed most of the time we were there. Water main broke also during our stay. Place was pretty old.

Second floor with no elevator. There was a ramp. Strong cigarette smell on the hallway where our room was located.

When I arrived they didn't have a room available for us! We were sent to another hotel when we got there they didn't have anything availed either! Go back to ramada and no room available available either. Front desk guys were clueless and not helpful at all! 11pm I was driving around with 4 looking for a hotel! Very very disappointed! I had my hotel room reserve for over 2 months! Worse hotel in PA! Don't stay!!

Pleasant staff. Friendly's right next door. Would try Red Roof again.

This hotel was absolutely horrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. First, I call ahead days before the trip to reserve a roll away bed. They can't reserve roll away beds, they are first come first serve. Day 1, June 26, My family and I arrive at 1pm. The girl at the counter tells us our room is not ready yet, and check in time is not until 3pm. I am waiting for over an hour in the lobby when a manager asks us what is going on. The manager then has to instruct the counter person that there are 2 other rooms that are exactly the same that are open and available and tells her to just switch it. At this time I ask again about the roll away bed, and am told as soon as one is available they will bring it up. I tell the counter person that we will be going out and won't be back until late, please just put the bed in the room, and was told it would not be a problem. I returned after 10 pm and of course no bed. I go down stairs to talk to the front desk person who had no idea of what the previous shift had told me, and now there were no roll away beds available. June 27, Day 2. I again see the same front desk girl from the previous day and again inform her of the fact that we never received the roll away bed. She tells me that as soon as one is available it will be brought up to the room. We go to the park, and around noon I call the front desk again to confirm, speak to the same girl, who tells me she will definitely get the bed to us, and will put a note at the desk for

Centrally located. Went to Gettysburg and Philadelphia while there. The breakfast at hotel was good with a variety of things to eat. Staff member recommended Japanese restaurant that was in walking distance that seved great food. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Bottom line is my friend & I stayed here 6/12/16 we got a refund bc we saw & killed BED BUGS on the bed we slept in the night prior. Totally disgusted & traumatized we got the hell outta there. Toilet makes a terrible sound, eggs (which I love) yuck! Just don't stay here, I was in rm 114. Worst part was staff was well aware said they sprayed the day before my mouth fell open. Nvr staying @ a Ramda again!

Very nice hotel and pleasant staff. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage along with the usual items and was very good.

In Harrisburg for the Standardbred Horse Sale. Location great, right next to I-81, minutes from the Pennsylvania Farm Show complex, Bass Pro, two malls, and tons of places to eat. Hotel was clean and staff was attentive. Had a problem with the tv, but we were quickly moved to another room. Breakfast was great-sausage, eggs, waffles, pastry, etc.

Ghetto staff. No all day coffee and juice. Cold eggs at breakfast.
