Property was modern, clean and efficient. Front desk staff was friendly and made a good recommendation for a local massage therapist to treat my daughter's hip/back issues. Pool/spa were closed, presumably due to COVID. However, other hotels we have stayed in over the past year have had those facilities open. We appreciate using the spa especially since we are often traveling long distance and playing in volleyball tournaments. The spa can be a great help with sore aching muscles and joints. The "Continental breakfast" was very limited, i.e., processed foods mainly and the coffee was lukewarm, weak and not fresh. Otherwise, a nice stay.

The walls and doors super thin. I could hear everything next door, across the hall and up stairs. I am a heavy sleeper and I was woken multiple times.

No complaints. Really liked the breakfast bag, more than adequate.

The coffee was very good. A directory of local cuisine would have been nice. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The pictures online are nothing like the actual room. Very misleading. I made this reservation online with my credit card. Once my son arrived to check after a long 6 hour drive to attend funeral of a Marine buddy. Was told by the front desk that reservation had not been paid. The card I used only held the reservation. Had I known that would of sent card with him. The person at front desk was not understanding at all. Why is not listed anywhere when making the reservation. Also said that this hotel had no check in person and would receive a email with instructions? When I called the hotel person that answered phone said this was a mis print. Hotel is and looks older than it is. Very noisy you can hear everyone going up and down hall. Bathroom sink did not work. I would think somewhere it would say how the reservation works. I clear understanding would of been what I would expect when making a reservation. I am keeping a eye on my card to see if I am going to be charger or not

Its was very noisy and a lot dog poop around. Alot jumping in room above me that keep me up all night.

Pool and spa were out of order; very upset we were not told during booking arrangements. Thought breakfast was good until I saw blue mold on a biscuit we were eating! Had severe diaharrea right before my flight out!

So many nice things to say. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, we had a nice flatscreen TV. The birthday was wonderful! This was a little birthday get away from my eight-year-old great-niece I myself, and we thoroughly enjoyed our little visit. The whole building is non-smoking, which was awesome. And, they don't charge extra for pets!

Breakfokast was nothing to brag about and I went out to Dunkin.
