We were totally disappointed when we first got yo the hotel because our reservation was a mess ,we book for 3nights we only got 2nights and if we wanted the three nights it would cost $179plus tax .we were very upset ,then when we got to the bed room there was trash ,no towel and only one bed was made I have to call down to the receptionist to asked for these thing she told us that she will give us another room which did not happen and on top of that I have to make the bed I really want to know is this the way you treat your guest or is it just my family ,I am patiently awaiting that answer.
Staff fighting and sleeping in elevator. Very hot, smelled of urine in elevator. I felt unsafe
Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was just awful. Water pressure kept coming and going and it would not stay warm for more than 3 minutes. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am during my stay and that really took me by surprise. Still have no idea what that was about. At least they work I guess.
Hotel was perfect for our short stay. Highly recommended
There was no chair in the room other than the desk chair. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The airport shuttle driver was very pleasant.
Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Air Conditioning
We would wake up every morning with bad sinus problems. Don't know if it was mold or dust. It was suppose to be a smoke free hotel and when I got off the elevator on the 5th floor, the smell of smoke was very strong. A man came walking outside from the lobby smoking a cigarette. When I said something to the clerk when I walked in she just shook her head yes. There was no one at the counter to get coffee in the mornings and had to ask the desk to get someone. It just not what I would expect from what is suppose to be an upscale hotel. It is old and needs some updating
The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The internet was slow, there was mold around the bathroom tub (Caulking) room 308, The outside hallway carpeting had ripples in it especially near the elevator, The inside elevator doors were dirty... one use to be brass but now discolored.... the other is painted and dirty, the closure bottons don't work on them, there was a guest who came up to me thinking I worked there and wanted to buy a soda... the worker behind the stand left.... no sign indicating when they would be back. The hotel computer still has vista software and was set up so I could get a printout of my flight check in. Needs attention fast.
Thought because it was a popular chain the hotel would be clean and updated but that was not,the case. Called and was told inky king available but they had two queens when we arrived. Not impressed at all.
Check-in was at 3:00. We tried checking in at 5 and there were no rooms cleaned, no towels once we got in the room. Big wet spot on carpet. Staff was overwhelmed because they were booked. Tried to get coffee in the morning. No coffee pot in room. No one at the counter at the convenience store to get coffee. When I did it was cold.
Beds were comet linenes were clean. Shower outdates and mind of dirty. Proximity was creat fos several different restaurants and it was olly a 15 min drive to the park. Would i woukd stay again of i was in a lunch cor a room.
We were disappointed with our overall experience. It was not the Wyndham experience we are use to. I would not stay at this location again.

The hotel has some age on it and you can tell. Awnings coming off the front as you drive in. NO A/C in the hallways, it was so hot getting off elevator and going to the room. Thankfully, the room A/C was cold. The furniture could use updating with new bedding and comforters. It was a place to sleep while we were there. Hotel was located in a good place, and even though it was packed we did not hear noise at night. Bathroom seemed clean. There was food probably from last visitors around the floor and foot of bed, seems cleaning crew missed it each day they cleaned our room. We didn't pick it up, just to see if they noticed it. Still there when we left.
I would not recommend this hotel. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ok fine mistakes happen). We were immediately given another, but second room had multiple wet areas all over the carpet and a suspect brown mystery spot on the wall. The desk attendant had made inappropriate and frankly homophobic attempts at humor when we checked in and when we went back down to change rooms had a sour demeanor, even though we were perfectly polite and tried to treat the situation with good humor so as not to embarrass or blame him for the incident. The room and hallways are dingy and need updating. It was a disappointing experience from a chain which I have found to be pleasant in the past.
Average hotel overall. Expensive for Harrisburg metro area imho. No amenities you would expect in a hotel like this such as complementary coffee (inexcusable) or continental breakfast. However, The staff were friendly and the rooms were well kept.
My only regret was not being able to sleep longer in that amazingly comfy bed. So nice to have REAL nice sheets, down comforter and actually comfortable pillows. Very nice guy at the desk. Thank you!
Room looked not cleaned. Sheets messy, sand in the chair, large tears in the chair and the decorative pillows on the bed, white stuff dripping down the chair, junk on the floor around the edges. Asked and was given a new room. Cleaner. No alarm clock, no tv list of channels, extremely hot water with no scald guard on the tub and sink and water stains in the tub area ceiling. Broke out with a rash from the sheets(I do not have sensitive skin). Woke up by fire alarm with fire trucks. Not great for what I consider expensive hotel.
We reserved a room for 10/11/14 on our first leg of our trip to Jamaica. The location to the interstates and the airport were great as well as the staff and ammenaties. It was a great start to our vacation.
I was surprised by the rather poor condition of the hotel. It was really showing its age. Bedding was very old, warn and in bad need of replacing. Stuffing had worn through the bolster pillows leaving a hole. It made us fearful of the state and health of the beds themselves. We couldn't wait to get out.
