This hotel is filthy. The hallways are littered with debris on the floors. The floors in the room look like they haven’t been swept in days. It looks like someone ate food on the desk and there are crumbs. Plus, the smell of marihuana permeates everything. Stay away.
They could not give us more than 2 towels our 3 days we were there with 4 guest. Something brown was on the comforter in the first room we were put in. Neither of the rooms were what I asked for and when I said something I was told it was orbitz fault because I booked through a 3rd party. I will never return back here!
We had to request a room change due to uncleanliness and hair in the drain, carpets not vacuumed and guests smoking in their rooms next door. The second room was marginally better but we were kept up by loud music. Would not recommend or stay again. Makes me question Holiday Inn Properties.
Everything was as expected. Site was clean and tidy.
Facility was understaffed. No extra or additional towels available. Other hotel quests were loud, rude and hotel staff had to be called to deal with the noise at 0200.
Very friendly staff and really nice lobby. The room was great, Altho the one we were in could’ve used some cosmetic maintenance
The carpet and paint were in poor condition. The bathroom sink was in rough condition.
This hotel needs some love; there is much maintenance that has been overlooked, repairs have been done sloppily, faucets were a mess in my room, the hotel does not reflect the brand. I wouldn’t stay there again
The furniture I the property was attractive, but once you looked past the decor, you saw how filthy and unkept the property was.
The property was adequate. The hotel needs a renovation. Carpet is torn dirty and worn in the common areas. Very musty smell in guest rooms. WIll not return.

The tub had mold on shower wall, the tub would not drain without manually holding stopper in open position, the treadmill in fitness center didn’t work (my husband exercises everyday) the “breakfast” bar had no butter for toast. The hotel was quiet but all these little nusances layered up by the end of our one night stay. Will think twice about a Holiday inn express again.
Excellent location and an excellent value. Very close to PA Turnpike and Interstate 81. Close to Gettysburg and Hershey.
The tv wasn’t working and I get charged twice out of my bank card. It was bad experience
Easy check in and check out. Room was clean when we arrived. Second day our toilet wouldn't work, Autumn changed our room immediately and upgraded us. Patricia, one of the food service workers was so pleasant each morning that we saw her for breakfast. These two are assets to the company.
We stayed here one night for my wife's college reunion. It's not the most convenient location to the college. However, the room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a pleasant stay and will return in 10 years for the next reunion!
