Not to bad for just a place to stay one night. Lots of visible repairs in the rooms and bent lamp shades. Elevator was not working our whole stay. Stairs smell like stale cigarettes smoke.

The staff was friendly and helpful. After we checked in the toilet handle was broken and we were transferred to another room. The room we were taken to had the heater running and we could not adjust the temperature so we had to disconnect it from the outlet to shut it off and plug back into the outlet in the middle of the night to warm up the room. The tub was clogged up and the hallways and elevator floors were very dirty.

The staff was great and went out of there way to make my stay great. The tv in my room would go out and in every few minutes also my key card stop working 5 times and i had to get it re keyed to get back into my room during my 4 day stay

The hotel is near a highway so it was hard to sleep with the noise from cars. The toilet seat top was broken.

The first impression I got of the staff when I arrived was very gracious, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had planned my stay through Orbitz, and earlier that afternoon while driving to the hotel realized that my reservation had the wrong dates. Although I was concerned that the hotel would not have rooms for the night I needed, or that they would charge me extra for the changed reservation and I wouldn't receive a refund, none of those fears came to pass. The staff were sympathetic to my situation, and easily changed my stay to the correct dates with no extra charge. The room I stayed in was very good too: comfy bed, clean surroundings, well organized. The showerhead was a hand-held kind, which I had never used at a hotel before, but it wasn't a big deal. Although I woke up late due to a blood sugar issue, the breakfast room employee kindly kept a lot of food out, and was polite and sweet about it. There was a larger variety of food at the Best Western than at other hotels. Checking in, sleeping over and checking out all went smoothly without any problems. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!

In the first room we had, the sink did not drain. We were told that the maintenance man wouldn't be in so they moved us to another room with the same problem.

We reached hotel at 8:15 PM and our rooms were not ready, they could give us 1 out of the 2 we booked and the second we got around 9:00 PM. We were so happy that we didn't try the checkout at 3:00 PM as they promised. Rest all was good.

The property was fine. Somewhat smaller than the Westin on the east side of town. Bagged/to go breakfasts are a downer. I used to look forward to the hot breakfasts, but understand the Covid-19 measures.
