Outdated, musty, uncomfortable. Bathroom was only part of room that was somewhat decent. No elevator. Had to directly ask for help with luggage when I clearly had crutches. Cancelled remaining reservation within an hour of checkin. One of the worst hotels I've stayed.

The room was damp even though the air was working There was a smell that we could not identify

This hotel was pretty much next to one of the coveted parking lots that a lucky few can park in to walk to Historic Harper's Ferry. Very convenient. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was exactly what we hoped it would be and saved us the $20 or so it would have been at (nicer) coffee or breakfast spot. I would definitely come back here.

The room was spacious for the money and had plenty of seating and a little table. breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, breads, rolls, juice, coffee, waffles and cereal. Couldn't ask for more. it was quiet and beds were comfortable.

The non-smoking room kind of smelled like smoke because it was above the smoking rooms, but other than that, it was comfortable, clean, and they had great biscuits and gravy at the continental breakfast.

Stayed here for my first visit to Harpers Ferry Very clean and convenient to Harpers Ferry Only complaint: Sink in the bathroom (room 212) had a stopper that did not work' Had to bail out water with a paper cup.

I needed a quick launch point for my weekend in Harpers Ferry, and the hotel needed to meet three requirements: affordability, ease of walking to and from the train station and comfort for sleeping purposes. The Econo Lodge met my needs and provided me with breakfast, as well.

We arrived late (after midnight), but the front desk clerk, Jerry, was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms aren't fancy, but are serviceable. For my purposes -- a one-day visit to Harpers Ferry with my son, who is a Civil War buff -- it was a great choice. And since I got a discount, it was even better.

A nice solid hotel, nothing over the top extravagant, but clean and comfortable. A/C worked great and the room was well maintained. Probably a ~15 minute walk to downtown Harpers Ferry, so a legitimate option if you can't get/don't want a B&B.

This hotel is located close to all that there is in Harpers Ferry...the staff was nice...roomw as clean...beds were comfy...I wish the shower had more pressure but otherwise good place.

This was a a big trip for my sister and I. We were wedding scouting for my sisters upcoming wedding. As well we were attending the Marine Corps Ball. The Staff was just amazing. If we needed something or had questions they did their very best to help us out. We stayed for 4 nights 5 days and they even let us check in early. We drove 10 hrs to get there and pointed us toward the local stuff and where the next larger town would be to get to like a Walmart and Ihops. We loved how We could check in and out with out any hassles because it was done online already. We wish we could have said a proper goodbye to the staff but do ue to bad weather we had to leave earlier then planed. We plan to go back in the spring!

Stayed one night during a short trip and it was perfect. So close to the historic areas and right off the highway. The staff was friendly and the room clean. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Would highly recommend for the money!

Room was clean and neat. Very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Close to National Park. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Harper's Ferry. It is right off rout 340 very near the town. The hotel itself was very nice. The hotel and the room were very clean. The room was furnished nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, with choices including eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall our stay was very good.

The Comfort Inn is conveniently located nearby the historic old town area of Harper's Ferry and entrances to the scenic Appalachian trail. It's a no-thrills establishment, but the complimentary breakfast was tasty and substantial (not just fruit and pastries), the room was clean and comfortable, and staff was very friendly. There are also convenient do-your-own laundry facilities.

I was there to go tubing down the river. The stay was nice. Room was clean and the girl that checked us in was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the breakfast that was offored. It was run of the mill and nothing special but nice to wake up to. [...], who worked at the front desk was rude and not very welcoming. On multiple occations he made us feel very unwelcome and frustrated with his aditude.

The room smelled so badly of smoke we could hardly breath and it was a non-smoking room. They couldn't give me another room because they said they were booked but the parking lot wasn't even close to full and I know rooms were empty. Also couldn't get a refund or discounted price. Never staying there again.

The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway so it was very easy to find. Check in was quick and efficient. We have three month old twins and our room was on the second floor and the hotel does not have an elevator; this was our only complaint. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot! It had lots of hot and cold options. The hotel was also centerally located for exploring the area. The National park entrance was a mile down the road; and it was a few block from the main park of town. We had dinner at the anvil and it was quite nice as well.

Very nice, friendly people, the breakfast was really good, but the best part was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in.
