Clean newly remodled room
this place is serviceable, that's all. The desk guy was lovely, check in fine. The room was clean, but had not one lamp, and not a single decoration, so a little bleak. No coffee maker in the room is a drag for me. I didn't know there was coffee in the "lobby".
Everything was excellent the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional only thing that was lacking microwave and hair dryer
This newly remodeled older motel is nicely done and pleasantly furnished. The staff was very accommodating and polite. The disappointment was that there was no coffee service, but it's located a block from a Stripes store.
Pool needed some love, you could tell they were updating, but that something needed more tlc. Otherwise great for price. Staff was amazing.

I booked this hotel cause it was one of the highest rated hotels in Harlingen. But that was not the case as soon as we went into the room there was a strong scent of mildew. The a/c was not very cold at all, the refrigerator in the room was so old and rusted. The restroom tub was broken and did not look clean at all. But the worst was when we were getting ready to go to bed and I started undoing the bed, there was a huge bed bug under one of the pillows. I refused to stay there just there just thinking that there could be more in the room. When we went to the front desk and notified the receptionist and he seemed very calm about it and like if that had happened before which is so disturbing.
The air conditioning in room 120 is okay but could be better. I do think the room and bed is really nice. Thanks

The young male front desk, on June 14, 2019, second shift told me he asked a truck driver to come here and help him with me. A truck driver said Orbitz sent him to bother me. He yapped all night..
Clean suitable place to stay for a night. Bed was comfortable and clean.
