I can’t believe Wyndham put their name on this. The pictures are very deceptive. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left. Bathroom had mold, dirty bed platforms, big thick dirty cobwebs. It was a non smoking room that smelt like smoke. The ice machine looked like where the coronavirus started. The breakfast offered was a joke. Has potential but it was filthy. Seemed to be long term residents that were loud and came and went all night.
There was blood on the wall and the bed. The electricity only worked in half the room. The pool was closed. It had been all summer but they still list it on the amenities. The entire area around and in the room smelled like pot. The bathroom was filthy. The shower was coming out if the wall. The bath towels were about the size if a regular hand towel.
I think there are bedbugs. The sheets had holes.
The room I was given was absolutely disgusting! There was mold on the wall, leaves and cobwebs on top of the air conditioner inside the room, lots of dust on every piece of furniture in the room, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, the toilet and bathtub was dirty. We immediately went to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying there (we had already been told at check in they were full) and the girl at the front desk completely understood and said they have been having problems getting our room clean and the housekeeper marked the room as clean, which clearly was a lie. Thankfully I was able to be fully refunded but that room was hands down the grossest I have ever seen
Reserved online for a King Bed for 1 Traveler but got a 2 Bed which worked out better because of my luggage and extras.
they said place was being fixed up? bathroom ceiling had holes in it. tub was disgusting with rust. had big open area where they should have had a small table and chairs to sit at.condition of hotel was poor. The pool was closed The eat area was just a few tables and chairs,no hot eggs or sausages. just the basics. the ac unit was very noisy all night. one good thing was a nice size flat screen tv. p.s. we walked across the street and made reservation at econolodge. much cheaper and it has been updated. also has a nice salt water pool (open)
Should be closed down. Room was ok, but the grounds are horrible- the pool is rotting and the whole grounds smell.
Room is upgraded but the towels are old and sheets are with stains. Three small pillows on a king bed. No ice! Saw 3 roaches around. Pool is closed and really dirty. Few rooms still going through upgrade. Really close to freeway and dollar general.
Very poorly kept rooms need a lot of work to get them close to acceptable
Got this hotel for my mom and aunt on their way back from Florida. It was dirty, dingy, and full of bugs including cockroaches! My mom brought a few of the dead specimens she killed including a cockroach to the front desk the next morning and they didn't even care or seem surprised! Wouldn't even give them their money back or offer to. Pitiful!!
We were assigned room 136, which was next to a resident whose television was on loudly all night. We asked the front desk to do something about the noise, which they refused to even acknowledge. The next morning, they gave us a hard time about changing rooms, refused to contact the hotel owner when asked, and made us wait all day before deciding to give us another room. The new room had a broken phone, smoke alarm that beeped (which they fixed) and a broken hair dryer, which I discovered after my shower. Do not stay here if you expect a modicum of customer service.
Pool was closed due to maintenance. Could you updating, but hotel was clean & not run down. Beds were very comfortable. Good location. Would stay here again
We paid 2 nights, our room was ready, so we checked in before 3 pm. After a couple of hours the Manager came and charged $33.34. Next day he said that we used 2 nights already and we had 2 pay another night. I wasn't close to the Hotel, and when we went to the office to make the payment, the front desk said that the Manager left our stuff in bags in the Laundry room. He was so rude and didn't want to talk to us.
