Easy access to shopping mall and hawker center. Variety of food in the area. Concierge was very helpful with transportation and any questions/concerns. Coin Laundry service ($7/wash or dry) was a plus. Pool for the kids was great.
This is the second time we stayed here recently, and we enjoyed the hotel and room both times.
This seemed like a fairly new hotel, still clean and shiny. It was a quick $20 cab ride from the airport so pretty convenient. Only small issue, it didn't seem like much to do around the hotel.

It was very good quality for an excellent price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Airport shuttle bus, not as nice as the hotel and was a little tricky to connect with at the airport but worth it.
