Very cute house. If you plan on relaxing in the living room, very comfy but no more than 4 people (We only had four) with a chair and a couch. Loved the location!

This house has a great location. So fun to be able to walk to the boardwalk and down to town. It has comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels. Also a nice back deck and a quiet neighborhood. We had a longer stay and I did not find the property manager, Vacasa, that easy to deal with to get simple questions answered.

Idyllic and charming area

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for trips to Bliss and Petoskey. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to join family for boating, pickleball, dining out, the farmer's market and so much more!

Great house! We stayed there with our 3 teenage boys to ski for a long weekend. House was cozy but plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Great for a quick visit!

Thankful for a good place to stay- there was quite a few dead flies on the carpet and the bed frame in one of the rooms was broken, otherwise it was a great stay, and a short walk to the harbor with gorgeous views!

Amazing Home

All you could ask for and more. Updated and beautifully decorated home 1/2 mile from downtown Harbor Springs. Easy walk to town. Only 5 miles to Highlands and Nubs. More then enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Recommend. May come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful lake.

The directions for the lock were wrong - apparently intended for a different lock. We called Vacasa for help, but she didn't have any suggestions although she tried. We eventually figured it out.

Great stay for a ski trip

The only issue we had was the master bedroom bed. The bed frame is broken away from the headboard and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a super cute rental property in a beautiful location.

Very smooth rental process. Good communication Only glitch was conversation w agent re checkout included request to start a load of laundry....which we did. The written instructions did not state this so it was a bit confusing as to what was required.

Well updated older home

The home was very nicely updated and the location was great, nice quite neighborhood. Only drawback was the A/C; only the bedrooms are air conditioned with window A/C units. The kitchen and living room are not air conditioned.

Beautiful cottage

It’s a very nice cottage and we love the homey feeling . The place is very close to the lake within walking distance of the beautiful view . I really enjoy my daily morning run to the lake . Would definitely recommend it and come back in the future
