Love the King bed and full-size refrigerator. Beware, they now charge a fee for parking.

1. No blankets given for sofa bed. The spring of the sofa bed was very inconvenient to sleep. 2. TV remote was not working properly. Internet TV was ver slow.

Reception staff was for the most part, very friendly and pleasant. ABSOLUTELY no complaints. HOWEVER the room is dated, the appliances are sub-par(dishwasher DI NOT clean the dishes AT ALL, and the refrigerator froze ALL of the contents. (That was replaced.) For the 1st 3 days the lobby ice machine was not working. the room's pots and pans are falling apart, ice cube tray cracked. Housekeeping failed to supply dish towels and dish rags after visiting as well. Finally the hotel failed to respond in the Marriott Bonvoy App. I am a HUGE fan of Marriott hotels but this visit was EXTREMELY disappointing.

I always go to the this Hotel its a great getaway for my book writing.

The little bag breakfast in the morning and the fact that I couldn't turn the stovetop on with out getting maintance to turn it on for me

The front desk gentleman was grear during check in. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like paying for parking. I like the outside cooking area

The staff's demand for $10 a day parking. The web-site stated that parking was free.

The property is located in a good location, close to BWI airport, with shopping and entertainment nearby, not far from downtown Baltimore. The room with king bed was spacious, with clean bathroom, and had comfortable bed. Parking is free. Did not get to try the breakfast, but appears to have wide selection. The property does have an aging feel to it however, and the lighting does not help this either. Will consider again if visiting the area.

The bed could be a little softer, but apart from that, we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed only 1 night. When the sofabed is open, tight space between the beds, very good breakfast, clean hotel!!

The stay was enjoyable although i did not stay in the room long. I was able to check in early. I was happy about that because i got to freshen up before going out for the day. I do recommend this hotel. It is in a great spot near the Casino and the Mall.

Not that good was told that my room would be one thing and got something totally different smh!!!!

Somehow I got assigned a King suite instead of a 1 bedroom suite. I had originally requested a 2-bedroom suite then downgraded to a 1-bedroom suite going through their cancel-then-make new reservation process. I have not been compensated me for the cancelled room and I found the King Suite they gave me to be too small for my comfort. Also, I stayed 2 nights but the cleaning staff did not bother to clean the room while I was there. Everything else was excellent.

nice location and nice staff......shuttle to casino

clean, great check out times latest 2 p.m. got to sleep in a bit after staying at the casino late.

Clean Room, great stay late check out option was at 2 p.m. great that we got to sleep in a bit.

The staff was terrible. They double booked my room, and someone almost waked in.

Geneva, it's great to hear that you appreciated the King bed and the full-size refrigerator at TownePlace Suites Arundel Mills BWI Airport. However, we understand the parking fee was unexpected. We aim to keep our guests informed, and we regret any oversight. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back soon again.
