Very tired looking hotel. Not particularly clean if you look close! Breakfast was pretty awful. Bedroom size was good. Bathroom falling apart. Better options out there Front desk was friendly enough but I think the over enthusiastic smiles are there to distract you from the many small flaws this hotel has...

The hotel is located on a busy street. The staff friendliness and service was average. The food and amenities were average. Not the best value in my opinion. The hotel is very old in need of maintenance. The sink did not drain and the toilet gurgled.

Thaison palace is in a wonderful location. Ms Moon is an absolute sweetheart as is the rest of the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I were scheduled to stay for 5 days but we found very cheap tickets to da nang and we ended up leaving a little early. The only downside is that we had to leave so soon. Located in the old quarter right near all if the action. They gave us a map and showed us the nearest attractions. One of the girls even helped me find a store I was looking for. Great price and a great stay. Don't miss out. It's very charming.

It was first time to come to Hanoi and stay in a small, cozy hotel like my home. Staff were very helpful and smart to recommend all of famous foods and sightseeings Must back to this hotel with my friends and family. Breakfast was so nice with full of traditional Vietnamese cuisine

It very simple hotel simple room but service is supper Miss Moon hotel staff is very helpful and friendly for anybody want to com and visit Hanoi this hotel is one of the best choice for you and your family

Our stay at Thaison Palace Hotel in Hanoi has been made all the more enjoyable by the hotel staff. The service has been really efficient and friendly the whole time, and we used the hotel's Tour Desk to arrange our trip to Halong Bay. The 'front of house' staff speak excellent English and have given great advice on what to see and do locally. The hotel is located just to the east of the Hoam Kiem Lake, so it's a convenient base from which to explore the Old Town in Hanoi, and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within easy reach. The room facilities are good: TV, internet, hot shower, fan and A/C etc, but what has really made our stay here a pleasant one has been the exemplary attitude and hard work of the staff - they've been brilliant.

Stayed at Thaison Palace for 2 night and their service have been wonderful. Ms moon have been a great help to our family. She introduced many local delicacies and even got the chef to make breakfast earlier, just so that we can catch our flight. A place worth staying for their good service.

I am a tourist from England, I booked stay in this hotel and Vietnam tour via Ms Moon. She is an honest person to give me a real recommendation without any commissions. The location is so good for walking street, shopping mall, night market. I would make sure comeback here right after my business finish in the next year. Thank you so much!

I booked one day trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and this turned to be the best trip during my travel to Vietnam. The bus was new and comfortable, the group - small. The lunch on the boat was delicious and the tour guide- very informative. I would like to say a special thanks to Ms Moon who kept in touch with me during my whole trip, ready to assist whatever I needed!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Stayed at Family room with 4 adults and 2 little kids. Its very tiny from the outside but once inside, Its really cute. The family room was really big. It had 2 king beds and still had plenty of space. The bfast was good too. You have to order the main, then they have buffet for the sides. The staff were very friendly. The location is is quieter than the main old quarter. BUT seem like its in the main road. So many scooters and cars/buses passing by. It was so hard to cross the street as the bikes and cars won't stop or slow down for the people.
