I arrived a little over an hour before check in time. My room was ready and they let me check in early. Great service and great staff.
I arrived after check in time and my room wasn’t ready. The bed wasn't finished being made and they said it would be shortly. The individual who checked me in was flustered and stated “I want to go home.” After I returned from dinner almost 3.5 hours later my bed still wasn't made and I had to go to then desk twice before someone fixed it and brought pillows.

Beds were only decent part of hotel. No smoke detectors, TV didn't work, shower was terrible(water dripped out), door molding hanging and missing, no one at front desk to help, loud speakers from dealership across street, window coverings falling off, window screen tore in corner, windows smoked between glass, elevator inspection over due. Parking lot was well lit though.
Good values and clean. We will stay here again if passing by Quincy, IL. The hotel has the best value in town.
Hotel says newly renovated...joke! Room had holes on wall with outlines of where shelves used to be. Smelt musty and old. Roach in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. Very displeased. Will not be fooled by the "Quality Inn and Suites" Pay extra and stay somewhere else
Bed was comfortable, Older building recently updated. Had an old residual smoke smell in lobby. pillow not comfortable. Old refrigerator and microwave. When I checked in, room door was open, there was trash in trash can and no bath towels. front desk rectified.
They wete many roaches all over the room and there was an ashtray full of cigarettes.
We stayed during the last weekend of June. The hotel was completely sold out and there were a lot of guests checking out at the same time. The room was not ready when the time we arrived. The front desk did the great jobs in explaining the situation. There were limited personnel on that day to clean the room. However, both did an excellent job in taking care of the tasks. Overall, the stay was good and quiet. We will stay here again next year. Hopefully, the hotel management should be prepared when the rooms are sold-out. This means, they need extra personnel to assist in cleaning up the rooms. So, the guests could check in on a timely manner. We give 4 rating out of 5 due to experience that we had on the check-in. Otherwise, we will rate the hotel with an excellent remark.
Terrible experience. Could not breath in my room due to the smoke from other rooms. I booked 4 nights and only stayed the first night.
Although the rooms were clean way too much noise. The smoke detector in ny sons room was damaged

Thank you for your feedback. However, if you are looking for a hotel that serves breakfast, please make sure the hotel includes that amenity before booking as ours does not show any language of breakfast being included on any sites.
