Excellent

We had a wonderful time at the Wyndham. We traveled with another family - 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 2. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. We used the pool and the grill. We enjoyed using the kitchen and appreciated having a washer/dryer. The Ioka farm nearby was a wonderful attraction for the kids. We hiked up Mount Greylock. The location of the hotel was perfect. I recommend it highly.

Good place. Very spacious 2BR. Room was not ready on time which was the only disappointment.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Was impressed with all the nice, updated amenities. The beds were very comfortable, more than ample storage available. Staff was very accomadating and helpful.

Everything was excellent. I cannot find anything bad to report. Thank you for fantastic vacation week.

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. He gave us many suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Our room was a studio, with a full kitchen, Murphy bed and sofa bed, also a dining area for four. It was very adequate for 2 people, but could be cramped for 4. The kitchen was fully stocked. I would suggest bringing groceries, as the store in the complex was very expensive. The hot tub & pool were clean & seemed well kept, as was the room. Coffee & tea in the lobby is a nice touch

The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the Berkshires in the summer. Tanglewood, Clark Institute, and MassMoca are all about 30 minute drive away. Jiminey Peak offers great activities for active teens.

It is a perfect place. I would suggest a pantry, or "convenience store" within the main building of the hotel, the vending machines just aren't enough, and the markets can be a bit far. But, everything else was GREAT!

Our family loved the resort, both in location and in layout. The room itself was a 2BR and offered our party of four everything we would want. The unit had a completely stocked kitchen, a huge bonus including dishwasher and washer and dryer. Our only issue with the room was that the noise from other units and outside was not well insulated, other than that, was great. For the resort, it is in the middle of the Berkshires, so the trees and surroundings are fabulous and really offers the out of the city experience we were looking for. Some negatives, the larger of the pools was under maintenance the entire time we were there, a real bummer, since no mention of this maintenance was mentioned through the booking website. The smaller adult pool was just ok for us, always crowded, as you would expect and no hottub. Additionally, we had a small incident with the outdoor picnic area, as we were getting ready to host a small party, the tree trimmers showed up and closed it down. This turned out to be a positive, as Michelle, from the resort, raced up and moved our little event into the Berkshire room, which was ample enough for our event. I can safely say that the staff went out of their way to make our stay better and that we would stay there again in the future.

Had all the features of home. All cooking utensils supplied.

If you are planning a few days of activities in any season at Jiminy Peak, WyndhamVR Bentley Brook is a good option for accommodations. One of only 3 hotels in close proximity to the mountain, if offers ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, clean, spacious condo-style accommodations, and a few nice amenities like indoor-outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness room (with limited, but updated equipment), small game room, outdoor fire pit/picnic area, and more. While we found the staff friendly, none seemed particularly knowledgeable or overly accommodating. The lack of a restaurant on site was rather inconvenient, but all units have full kitchens, so we could have made our own breakfast if we wanted. While the furniture in our unit looked decent, upon closer inspection we discovered that everything was cheaply constructed of veneered particle board and felt like plastic. If you go, request a room with a view of the Peak. We were stuck in the basement ("the dungeon" as we called it) next to the laundry room and maintenance office and found it creepy. A higher floor with a view would have been MUCH preferred!

This is a really nice hotel in Western Mass. It's relatively close to Mt. Greylock and Mass Moca. It's a long enough drive from Boston that you do need to stay overnight (or two nights). They have a really nice pool & several hot tubs, so give yourself time to enjoy. We went in the Spring, so can't say anything about the skiing. We got upgraded to a huge suite which we didn't really need, but I guess that was because it was their low season.

Resort at foot of the mountain, therefore it was easy to get to lifts and shops. Condo was updated and made a clean and refreshed presentation and resort staff were helpful. We had a short stay (2 nights) so only ate breakfast in the condo, but there was good cookware and facilities. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the condo too. The pool and hot tubs were enjoyed. No time for the other activities at the resort. We dined nearby, as we usually do, at Powder Hounds one night. The other we forged out to the Old Forge. Both places have nice food at reasonable prices.

ski

Wonderful location, beautiful large condos for an unbeatable price. Walk out with your boots and skis to the lift through the locker rooms, and you will end up near the Jiminy Peak ticket counter. Rooms are huge, spotless, with jacuzzi tub and full kitchen incl laundry. I can't wait to return.

Bentely Brook was a great place to stay on Jiminy Peak Mountain resort. The rooms were spacious and very very clean and in great condition. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer right inside the unit. I liked the fact that I did not have to drive to the ski lifts although it was a bit confusing to get out of the building from the ground level to go up to the lifts (but better than driving!). The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Although the hotel seemed to be filled to capacity, I was nicely surprised at how quiet it was, especially in the halls. The kids had plenty to do at the property after skiing.
