    About this property

Across From Hana Bay, Downstairs 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Stha-2017/0002

Aloha & Welcome, The Fisher's Hana Hale is located across the street from Hana Bay and Waikoloa Beach. We are a licensed vacation rental STHA# 2017/0002. Our downstairs unit is located within walking distance of Hana Bay, Hana town, and Hana Hotel. Just a short distance down the road is Waianapanapa State Park, Koki and Hamoa beaches and the famous Kahanu Gardens. The Downstairs features one bedroom and one bathroom, kitchen, living area, screened in lanai with queen bali bed, limited wireless Internet and a Smart TV. For larger parties you can add the upstairs which has one bedroom and one bathroom, living room area, full kitchen and a screened in lanai with a ping pong table (please see rates). Remember Hana is a rural tropical rainforest so there are insects and rain. We wish we could control both of them but we can't. But those are the things that make Hana so unique and beautiful. We allow 4 people and one car in our separate downstairs unit. If you have a larger party please let us we do rent our upstairs unit out separately. Mahalo!

Lovely bed on the Lanai. Our kids enjoyed sleeping out there with the overnight rain. Very quiet location. Owners had unit well stocked.

Stayed 1 night in Dec 2019

      Hana is close to heaven!

Great place to stay for a few days. So much to do while in Hana but be prepared to shut it down at night because nothing happens after about six except peace and quiet. Very nice accomodations with kind of a "cabin" vibe. Thanks!

        Wonderful place in Hana!

This is out 2nd time staying in this little house in Hana & we just love it. Spending the night in Hana changes the entire experience of the Road to Hana & the Fishers hale is so perfect. We brought food to grill & did a load of laundry. WiFi & TV was perfect this time. It rained all night which made for a perfect, cozy sleep. Cannot wait to return as soon as we are able.

        5/5 Excellent

          Comfortable and well-equipped.

It had everything my kids and I needed, was well-situated and well-appointed (with useful amenities like insect repellent). It was quite pleasant -- I particularly liked sleeping out on the bed on the lanai (though there were too large beds inside as well). My son enjoyed spotting toads (or frogs) tiny and large on the lawn, as well as lizards. The kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking, rather than eating at the expensive and mediocre (so says the guidebook) restaurants in town. It also has a variety of gear in the garage, if you didn't bring your own, for taking advantage of beach activities. Overall really nice, no complaints, an excellent, down-to-earth vacation spot, with lots of luxuriant foliage all around to remind you you're in the tropics. I'd like to come back and spend six weeks working on one of my books, taking leisurely strolls down to the bay or over to town (not even a mile away) and enjoying the locale... Thanks

We found the property extremely clean. The unit was well equipped and organized. Easy access to town and beaches. The only thing we could say was negative was the heavy footsteps from upstairs renters from early morning till night. If we were to stay again we would choose the upstairs unit. It was very nice to sit in the screened lanai area and relax. A lovely place to stay,
